Last winter, in 2019, I was vacationing with my family at Novotel Marsa Alam 5*. I really enjoyed that vacation. This winter, my wife and I decided to go closer to Novotel Sharm El Sheikh Palm 5*. And they had a great rest too. The hotel is very well maintained, literally licked. It's damn nice to live in a modern and mega-spacious room!
The staff is very sensitive and attentive, with rare exceptions, they speak excellent Russian. The location of the hotel is superb - everything is within walking distance (pharmacies, a market in Naama Bay, shops and other delights of tourist life).
One small fly in the ointment: the Internet. It is not in the rooms, there is Wi-Fi at the reception, but it is very weak. So I wish the hotel management to be puzzled by this issue : )
