I deliberately chose the second line of the hotel - the first one seemed smaller, more noisy and crowded, and I was not mistaken.
Now in order.
The check-in went quickly, because. we were at the hotel at 8 in the morning, we decided to investigate the situation - our rooms were ready and after a symbolic tip on the little car we were quickly taken to the room.
The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, towels-bedding changed regularly, toiletries (gel, shampoo, soap, cap) were displayed as needed. The mini-bar was full (cola, Sprite, water, two types of juices), everything is free, replenishment is paid. Tea and coffee corner replenished daily, iron - on demand.

The territory is large and very well maintained, beautiful lawns, a sea of ​ ​ flowering plants, many types of palm trees. The terrain is hilly, but climbing it is not difficult - climbing along a winding path among flowering plants. The only "but" - on one of the days the lawns were fertilized, the smell was strong and unpleasant until lunchtime.
On the territory of Novotel Palm there are several heated pools, one pool is located on the uppermost terrace and people have always rested near all the pools. The hotel has family rooms, they are located closer to the restaurant.
The road to the sea took 5-6 minutes and did not bother at all - among the lush greenery and beautiful views you can take a walk. The hotel workers on duty at the crossing helped to cross the avenue.
The food was not very varied, but there was always something to choose from, everything was in sufficient quantities, no matter what time we came to the restaurant. A lot of fruits, seafood for dinner, in the evening there is always a grill (meat and fish), good pastries, tea - to choose from, there is a coffee machine. Separately, I note ice cream - they don’t spare it here, in the restaurant people even got into salad bowls. The restaurant is not very big, but there are tables on the open terrace, there are a lot of staff, very attentive, so I will also note the cleanliness and order in the restaurant as a plus.
The beach is the main asset of the hotel, large, clean, plenty of sunbeds. The entrance to the sea is gentle, sandy, there is even a reef with a variety of fish. I had to observe a very rare storm in these places, during which the rescuers showed their work well - there were several of them on the beach and attempts to get closer to the waves were stopped by them instantly. The consequences of the storm were eliminated very quickly, for which I also note the staff. There is a diving center on the beach, they offer many excursions and, as always, much cheaper than hotel guides.
The beach bar serves both hotels, drinks, beer, cocktails - without restrictions. Ice cream is also available here, from 12-00, juices are all packaged and of very good quality.

The animation is very active, people were constantly attracted to various activities and entertainment, but everything was unobtrusive. Separately, I note the children's animator - the kids were constantly involved in various competitions, games, pizza baking, sports games, etc. , etc. I even regretted that I had already left my childhood for a long time.
A small unpleasant incident occurred in the SPA, it slightly spoiled the impression of the massage, so be careful here.
To whom I will advise the hotel - lovers of the sandy entrance to the sea and the sandy beach, families with children and just lovers of a quiet good rest. There are many foreigners here, which also speaks of the class of the hotel.
It is quite possible that I will come here again and again.
