The hotel was chosen based on reviews, it seemed not bad, we went at the end of April, it all started with the settlement: initially they settled in a room on the settlements near the hills overlooking the sports bar in a gouged room where the doors to the balcony and a skewed mirror did not close, and along the way they offered to officially pay extra by check $ 105 to be settled in a normal room - after what they saw, there was nothing left to do but pay extra to live in more or less normal conditions and in a normal place (although in a more expensive room everything was gouged and DIRTY !!! ). The meaning was clear - you need to earn money for the manager at the reception by creating such conditions so that visitors have nowhere to go.
The cleaner was given a chocolate bar every day, but it was enough for tricks with a towel only for the first two days, beach towels were knocked out only after going to the reception, they cleaned the room poorly (.
In general, the hotel is not bad, the service is normal, the food is tolerable without fanaticism (you will not be hungry), the drinks are not very good, you can drink locally produced alcohol of average quality.

On the beach, pontoon, and the sea, everything is OK. The territory is large and beautiful, it is clear that the territory has recently been renovated.
Another important point in this hotel for the staff, all Russian-speaking (Ukrainians, Belarusians, Russians, Kazakhs) are SECOND CLASS people !!! ! This can be seen in the attitude of the staff towards the Germans, Poles, Italians and French. I happened to see twice what beautiful dinners were organized for the "Eurozone", but Russian-speaking people were not allowed in there, !! ! Although there are more than 50% of Ukrainians there and we bring them more income than the "eurozone", but they make it clear who we are for them....
On the street at the merchants, be careful, the Arabs in Sharm are clingy, deceitful and ready to swindle you or even rob you at any opportunity, I do not advise you to go out into the street yourself.
Separately, according to the guide from Join AP in this hotel - when taking excursions (and they are more expensive than those who are on the street by 30-50%), YOU will not be given any advice on what you need to take with you, what to wear, one simple reason, where you will be taken, they will sell all this at exorbitant prices !! ! So when choosing an excursion, carefully study the reviews, ask people around, because Egypt was not even close to Turkey in terms of service level (((. And when you go on a free introductory tour of Sharm, do not buy anything where you are brought, because prices are too high 3.5 times, and in the supermarket and pharmacy on site, everything is cheaper, and in street markets and supermarkets even cheaper)
