I'll start with the fact that in Egypt 4 times, I love the Red Sea and always come back here : ). Rested as a couple from 05.05. to 12.05. We chose the hotel based on the reviews, which were excellent before purchasing the tour, and after that they worsened every day, and when we arrived at this hotel, we understood why. We arrived at 12.30, check-in from 14 (we knew that, everything is ok). at 14 we were given the key to the room and when we got there we went nuts, where did such rooms come from in a 5 * hotel ??? ? Without a balcony, with a small window, everything is tattered, dirty and tiny bathroom, instead of a shower cabin there is a hole in the floor. It felt like we were locked in a prison cell. Returning to the reception, we gave 10 USD and asked for another room, but we were told that for another room there is an additional charge of 10 USD. per day!! ! Why should we pay extra if we have already paid for everything !! ! We argued for a long time, tired from the road, hot... Then we contacted the tour operator and finally we were given the key to another room, which was not much better, but at least with a balcony and a bathroom where you can turn around. The furniture is old and everything is old, we did not expect this, but it was better than the prison in which they wanted to settle us. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING to them for the room, just ask your guide or hotel manager. These bastards at the reception just want to make money on you.
Now for the rest. . .
The territory is well-groomed, beautiful and very large, a cool water park for adults and children, I even liked the long pontoon, the weather was great, not hot, in the afternoon it was generally calm, swimming is a pleasure.

The food is so-so, monotonous, there was fish from seafood : ) and 2 times squid, morning "fresh" is 80% powdered juice and 20% orange fresh : )
The beach is good, excellent sunbeds, there was always a place, but near the pool everything is always occupied by people who don’t sunbathe there, they just throw towels on the sunbeds : ) But we didn’t care, we came to the sea.
In the evening, music and animation and make delicious cocktails : ) The staff is smiling and friendly.
If not for the reception, we would have liked everything. So they did with everyone who drove into the hotel then, there was a queue and everyone cursed. They themselves spoil the reputation of the hotel and lower their rating.
