We rested at the hotel for a week in early May with a family (father, mother and daughter 11 years old). I liked the hotel, yes, there are some comments, but they did not affect our vacation in any way. The room was not changed, it was quite arranged, and the fact that the furniture is "tired" is not so important, the main thing is that everything necessary for life is available, bedding and towels are changed. Cleaning is so-so, without fanaticism. The territory is large, very, so far they are used to what is where, half the vacation has passed)), it is clean, they clean it to the conscience. A very cool water park, a lot has already been written about this, I will not repeat it. The food is decent, there is always something to everyone's taste. I did not see much difference between the restaurants, everywhere is equally normal. And also good coffee in Columbus, I was a regular visitor there)) As for the beach, there are no questions, good sun loungers, there are barriers from the wind, an entrance to the sea for children, and you can swim to the depths only from a pontoon. The pontoon asks for repairs, this is a wish to the hotel management, after all, this is for the safety of vacationers. As for its length)) yes, it’s long, but don’t cut corals because someone is too lazy to go the extra 100m? Moreover, in the reviews this topic is constantly procrastinating, you don’t want to walk along a long one, you need to look for a hotel with a short pontoon. What is the problem? The reef is generally amazing, a lot of fish and beautiful live corals. The beauty. True, it was not always allowed to swim from a pontoon because of the wind, but this is such a “bad feature” of this area. In terms of entertainment at the hotel, everything is also in order, there are also water aerobics classes, learning to dance, volleyball, boccia, etc. And children's entertainment, but we are already adults for them)) Even evening programs are nothing. I didn’t really want to go on excursions, but then my husband insisted on going to Ras Mohammed (by bus). And it’s good that we went, a cool excursion, there were two stops for swimming in the sea, a mangrove, we watched tectonic faults, we swam in the Lake of Desires. Our vacation turned out to be short, but eventful, more often than not, we would gladly return to Moderna again!
