In Egypt we rested for the 5th time, so there is something to compare with. I must say that I really liked the hotel!
We traveled with three families. Children from 5 to 9 years old.
At the reception we were met by a Russian-speaking girl, so all our accommodation preferences were immediately taken into account. We were settled nearby on the first floor of the building near the Relax pool with a view of it. In the courtyard of this building there is another pool - heated. The water is maintained at 29 degrees.
Room: Large enough, with a terrace. I was pleased with the 2 bunk bed for children. Due to her, the room for a family of 4 was spacious. The adult bed is huge. Water in the refrigerator. The air conditioner is working. Any of our whims was instantly silently satisfied by the number. They didn't set aside a dollar for cleaning. Cleaned up great.
Restaurants: I liked that under one roof there are 4 restaurants with different cuisines: Italian (pizza, all types of pasta, seafood... ), Mediterranean (grilled duck or meat in the evening, excellent choice of greens and salads), Oriental (for breakfast meat and cheese cuts) and Arabic. It is convenient that you can sit at any table and ply with plates. On the beach there is a snack bar and ice cream. Drinks and cocktails for every taste and in any quantity. They made a *milk cocktail with a heart* (my daughter's favorite) for the children.
Fruits: guava, bananas, tangerines, pears, apples, phaselis, strawberries, dates. You can take everything out of restaurants without restrictions!
On the territory of 4 swimming pools. Near the main pool there is a children's pool with an aqua park. There is a bar next to each pool.
Special thanks to the kids club - Ritchel and Laura. My children could not be dragged by the ears. But they didn’t burn out : )) Every day there are new thematic and games. Children are fed a second breakfast - ice cream, in the afternoon - fries and chicken.
Separately, I note the animation. The first time we got in Egypt for such an animation. The guys work from 8 am to 5 pm. Anyone can pick up classes to their liking. In the evenings, various show programs or discos. Day off - Thursday.
And most importantly: if you call number 30, Russian-speaking girls will listen to your request and immediately strain the staff and do everything. You can go to the reception and not contact.
The main criterion for me is that I can recommend this hotel to friends and go to it again!
