We rested in Albatross with my husband and a child of 12 years. The check-in went quickly, as we arrived at the hotel in the evening (the flight was delayed for several hours). I read about the number of rooms in the reviews, so I was mentally prepared for the bad, but what I saw shocked me anyway.... Plumbing and everything in the bathroom - it's a gesture!! ! Mold everywhere, the smell is appropriate, sorry for the detail, the brush - the impression that was left by the builders of this hotel.... The closet door was right next to it.... it, of course, was repaired, but an hour later it fell off again.... Dear administration, you position yourself as a 5 * hotel, but the room does not match this at all. Asked to change room, they said in the morning no problem. Indeed, in the morning they gave the key to another room, small and without a balcony, and from one more, but also smaller than the first. In short, they showed that initially we got the best of the worst. On that they calmed down. All the same, we went to the sea, and not to the room. The room is cleaned every day, but this is such a formality, which boiled down to changing towels (different figures were twisted) and making the bed. That's it, no one else cleaned anything. We conducted an experiment with my son, on the second day we saw a seed on the floor near the toilet, every day after the so-called "cleaning" the seed remained in its rightful place and safely remained there when evicted))) Now about the sea - it also, as it were, is not was))) low tide, wind, red flag. . . Well, okay, well, God bless him, we're optimists. We swam in the afternoon when the waves calmed down. I don’t write about the length of the pontoon, for us it was not a minus, we walked along it with pleasure. On the way, we looked at rare fish, moray eels, once we even saw a small stingray. The child enjoyed swimming in the pools, but not everything is so smooth here - the Arabs simply attacked this hotel. And whoever had such joy knows that it’s far from a joy to relax with them) They yell so much that a migraine starts in half an hour. Well, what to do, they talk like that among themselves. They sit in a big circle in the middle of the pool and yell like sectarians, honestly))) There are enough restaurants, but the food is by and large the same everywhere. You definitely won't leave hungry. The only thing is, well, a very small selection of fruits, you are a 5 * hotel, have you forgotten?....but the dishes were cleaned quickly) The water park pleased the child, and we had fun with all our hearts. By the way, the guys who work there, well done! Maintain order and security. Thank you for this! A big plus of the hotel is the territory: large, clean, well-groomed, lots of greenery, palm trees and all kinds of vegetation. We took joint-up excursions from the guide (overpaid twice) motosafari, parachute, glass-bottomed boat, Soho. I really liked the quad biking in the desert, if necessary, I will definitely have to repeat it. We also went on a sightseeing tour of the city and it was a nightmare - they sold us to retail outlets with exorbitant prices and brought us back to the hotel. But, again, that's just my opinion. Would you recommend this hotel? - of course, yes, but only having stipulated everything but. . . Will I come here again? - more likely no than yes, but who knows! )))
