And the last incident went from Tez tour guides of the hotel (Semyon and some other) NO !! ! Saved by the same Maria at the reception by a Russian-speaking girl. Very nice, friendly and always helpful! She then helped us to leave for the airport, because at the time of departure, a group of 15 people simply forgot to pick us up from the hotel !! ! Thanks to Maria, who called the tourist police, the plane's departure was delayed by 30 minutes. But the compensation for this was a free package with duty free from the hotel)))).
