I bought a card at the airport ($10 for 20 GB), but you can save money, because you can watch videos from the hotel Wi-Fi without any problems.

The hotel grounds are amazing! There are many pools (of which 2 are adults and 2 are heated in winter for children, there are 10 in total), there is a water park with slides for adults and children.
On the territory there is a free gym, tennis, mini-golf, table tennis (who likes to play, take your racket), billiards, darts, boccia. There are a lot of sun loungers near the pools (enough for everyone! ), there are umbrellas. The hotel smoothly goes to the beach. The beach is large, there are beds and sunbeds. There are also portable walls from the wind. The pontoon is very long (but we knew about this nuance when choosing the hotel). There are entrances where the depth is to the waist, there is immediately to the depth. On the pontoon there are sunbeds and beds. We swam in the sea for 3 days, because it was just too lazy to go to the sea : ) For small children, the entrance from the shore will come down. But it's very small there.
ANIMATION
The animation team is great! Probably, there are no those who did not remember Kiko! Morning gymnastics, belly dancing, aqua aerobics, water polo, beach volleyball, evening animation programs every day (for children, then for adults). On the beach there is a diving center where you can buy entertainment.
We went to the desert to ride ATVs ($15 per person). DO NOT TAKE entertainment from tour operators. Very expensive. The hotel can be found much cheaper.
NUTRITION
Drink bars throughout. There is a bar near the beach where you can have a snack with nuggets, pizza, french fries, pasta, fruits during the day. Near the reception there is a coffee shop with really tasty coffee and other hot drinks.
Food: varied and delicious! 4 restaurants in one zone, you can walk from one to another and choose what you like. Fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, side dishes, desserts, drinks! I am very picky in food, but I did not remain hungry during the rest. Bottled water can be taken in any quantities in restaurants or bars. According to other people in the hotel - for Egypt, the cuisine is super! This is our first time in the country, so I can't say anything. They only drank beer from alcohol (not very much, but you can drink it).
We took a bottle of champagne in the duty free, in the hotel bar they offered us a bucket of ice, it was nice. On the territory there are hookahs (5 euros or 6 dollars). Hookah lovers will not like it, but you can smoke a couple of times. Pay later at the reception.
STAFF
Well trained staff! Always friendly and responsive! Tipping is welcome, but not required. Room cleaning is great! Lifeguards at the pools do a great job. Waiters in restaurants - without words - well done guys.
