Hello everyone, we rested in this hotel from 29.04 to 05.05 with two couples. I liked the rest. After the previous time in Egypt, they were just waiting for a vacation in a warm country, but everything turned out more than fine. So, in order.
We arrived at the hotel at 23:30, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to dinner, the Italian restaurant Soprano is open until midnight, but at exactly 12 no one kicks you out, you can safely finish dinner. After dinner, they gave the keys and sent them to rooms 838 and 839 overlooking the garden in the relax area, the rooms were not new, but we were basically satisfied, the only thing that bothered me was the shower - just a bath with a curtain, but oh well. But in the morning it turned out that other rooms were being renovated next to our rooms (the hotel is actively updating the number of rooms, the renovation was almost completed by our departure), and our friends decided to change the room, because they like to sleep longer. Well, we are with them for the company, not really hoping for a result, but to our surprise we were immediately shown other rooms 775 and 776 and moved to them in literally half an hour (although we thought we would have to wait until 14:00, photos of the rooms are attached ), these are rooms overlooking the pool and renovated, on the first floor in the relax zone, and although we initially didn’t really want the first floor, these rooms turned out to be just super (left the room through the balcony, here you immediately have a sunbed and a pool) . The room was cleaned every day, the bedding was changed, the figures were twisted, everything was fine. I want to note that we did not leave a tip in this hotel so that it was well done, but just wanted to thank somehow, since all the staff are very attentive, the cleaner Ahmed A Wahab asked several times if we were satisfied with the cleaning, if there were any comments. On the third day of our stay, we were left a notice in the room to call the reception, we called, it turned out that the hotelier Olesya wanted to ask how our vacation was going, whether everything was fine. After our first trip to Egypt here, we were pleasantly shocked by such an attentive attitude of the hotel staff.
I read in some reviews that the service is different for Russian speakers, I didn’t notice this, I can even note that all the guests have bracelets of the same color, except for children of course, of which there are many in this hotel, the hotel is family). We rested mainly in the relax zone, we were always brought drinks to the sunbeds and even to the balcony of the room - a very polite and attentive bartender-waiter Mohamed Sharawy. Also at the end of the holiday he asked if everything suited us and if we were satisfied with everything. When we checked out, we even wrote at the reception to thank him and the cleaner. I think that the hotel monitors such reviews and somehow motivates its employees.

As for food, as it has been written many times already, everything is excellent, four restaurants, food courts, the food is varied and tasty, everyone will find something to their liking. Which is good, restaurants do not close their doors, there are no queues before the opening of the restaurant, and given that food is constantly being added, you can come to eat at any time the restaurant is open and everything will always be, therefore, probably, there are no queues for food, maximum for meat or pizza for 2-3 people. Lots of fish, often squids, once there were big shrimp. I read in one review that pancakes with tuna are given out from under the floor exclusively to foreigners - I checked it for myself, the pancakes are delicious, they give out to everyone at the first request, regardless of nationality)))
Also on site there is a Columbus coffee shop, they prepare different coffees, excellent cappuccino and latte, milkshakes, cakes.
The bars have good light beer, delicious gin and tonic, rum-cola, I separately recommend bloody mary with tabasco (delicious tomato juice was poured from a glass bottle). The juices are delicious and not like powdered yupi type. Cola, fanta, sprite, soda - unlimited.
There are a lot of pools in the hotel, two in the relax zone and 4 like in the active one, there are always enough sunbeds, but it happens, of course, that in the shade they are occupied with towels (and of course the towels lie for 2-3 hours, that even the shadow is already leaving - this happened in the active zone , there were always a lot of free places in relaxation), well, this is a question for tourists, and not for the hotel, since each umbrella indicates that sunbeds are not booked. But I repeat, places can always be found both in the shade and in the sun. Even when the hotel was full, there was no feeling of a crowd.
The hotel also has a good water park for adults.
They read a lot about the pontoon and expected that it would be tiring to walk so much, but, as it turned out, the pontoon was thought out, along the way there are tables and chairs, you can sit, as well as platforms with sunbeds and a descent into the sea cleared from reefs, along this long we went to the pontoon more often than the 100-meter one in another hotel. It is also nice that there are also sunbeds and umbrellas at the end of the pontoon. The water world here may not be the richest, but there is something to see.
In general, the stay is excellent, the hotel left the best impressions, except that there is a desire to install some kind of canopies over part of the pools so that there is a swimming area with a shade.
I recommend the hotel, we plan to return to it this summer.
