I really liked the hotel. There were certainly moments, my husband did not like the kids club, but the kids liked it. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, green, ideal English lawn, which is very unusual for Egypt. The beach there was not bad, but there was a nuance when entering the reef, you have to go very far to swim. But the coast is like that. The kids and I spent more time by the pool anyway. The service is very good, the staff is mega positive, they always try. This is the first hotel where you always wanted to leave a tip. We were checked into the hotel fairly quickly. And the number of rooms there is very interesting: some of the rooms there are very old, probably from the 70s-80s. Good quality but just old. We were settled a little in an unfortunate place, it was very noisy because of the road. We asked to be relocated and with some whining and skating, we were relocated in a week to a very good place. Animation in the hotel is normal, there was a good team. It can be seen that they are already tired, but the guys still tried. The children liked everything.
If you want to cling, you will always find something. But I really liked everything here. Very good experience with this hotel.
