Accommodation: we arrived at the hotel after 17:00, put on the bracelets immediately, at 18:00 we went to dinner. After dinner, we were settled in the room (no surcharges), the suitcases were delivered to the room. The hotel gave 2 cards from the room and 4 cards to get towels near the beach and pools.

The room had a wardrobe, hangers, a safe, a large TV (Russian / Ukrainian channels are available), a small refrigerator, a table, a pouffe chair, 2 large mirrors, air conditioning, 2 beds and 1 bunk bed, 2 bedside tables, lamps, Wi-Fi (router), telephone, electric kettle, coffee/tea/creamer/sugar (in bags), bottled water (0.6 l each), 2 cups, spoon, mosquito repellent, shoe polish sponge, small notebook, folder with a hotel card and rules of conduct in the hotel. All furniture in wood, tops of tables and bedside tables in marble.
In the bathroom: shower, washbasin, toilet, 2 mirrors, hair dryer, 2 glasses, shower gels and shampoos (mini), soap, hair dryer, telephone, extractor hood, 8 towels per family.

Meals: the hotel has 6 restaurants with free all-inclusive meals (Oriental, Italian, Mediterranean, German, Asian cuisine, fish), 1 paid restaurant, about 10 bars with drinks (free of charge), 1 bar near the beach with snacks and drinks (free).
