We are very happy that we chose this hotel for our family vacation. This is probably an ideal option for families with children (ours is 3.5 years old).
Immediately upon arrival at the reception, they asked us to put us in a room with a sea view, this was done completely free of charge and without any questions. The room is not perfect, but everything suited us, the view is gorgeous (see photo below). They clean the rooms well.
I would also like to say about the territory, beautiful, green, well-groomed, the guys work there day and night.

Pools:

There are a lot of them in this hotel, from 35 cm to 1.8 meters deep. The water smells slightly of chlorine, they clean them (and around them) very carefully, there are no complaints. Around all the pools there are many different sunbeds with umbrellas, you can always find a place. Lifeguards are on duty everywhere and they whistle a little. There are many different slides in the children's pools. There is also a separate adult water park (at the very entrance to the hotel).

Sea:
To the deep sea, the path along the pontoon is 650 meters.
We went there only a couple of times, and since we arrived with a child, we didn’t even go down into it. There are several descents into the lagoons (about 400 meters), where the depth is about a meter. There are also sunbeds at these places, you can sunbathe right on the pontoon and swim comfortably.
From the shore - the sea is shallow, within walking distance there is a small lagoon, in which the depth is 50 centimeters.
At low tide, even a child from the shore is not an option to flop, but when the tide is high, even an adult can lie down in the water near the shore.
By the sea, we, as parents, are more than satisfied, because our child calmly ran and played, and we lay on the beach (also a bunch of various sunbeds with umbrellas).

Food:
We didn't have any questions about the menu. Food - a lot. Diverse (at least for 10 days and somehow fed up, they have a specific one, anyway). Meat - chicken / beef. There were always grilled dishes, very tasty.
The children's menu (exactly what they call children's) is dull, boiled fish / chicken, pasta, water soup. But for our age, we picked up food from an adult, so to speak. Pureeshka, cream soups, omelettes - went perfectly to our child.
There was also fish every evening (in the fish restaurant and sometimes grilled).
For drinks - no one regrets anything. Pour as much as you ask. Beer - bottled, very good, poured into glasses with you.
A lot of different local alcohol, but, to tell the truth, we didn’t try it, because you can’t go wild with a child : -)
A lot of non-alcoholic cocktails, juices - specific, look like yuppies. Also pepsi, 7up, mirinda, etc. - drink at least fill up.
Water without gas - in bottles of 0.6 liters.
Separate fast food cafe (on the way to the beach).
There are bars by the pools and on the beach and in the main building, so you won't get dry : -)
Also very tasty coffee in a cafe (I forgot the name) in the main building, there are also milkshakes.

Near the hotel there is a local market, where you can go for walks in the evening, after haggling you can buy everything your heart desires at reasonable prices. Actually, prices from the old city and the famous George Clooney are no different.
I really liked the trips to Naama Bay and Soho, it's worth going there. By the way, at the exit from the hotel there is a taxi, so to speak “private”. The prices are adequate, bargaining is welcome, you can agree to visit several places in the evening, taking into account that the car will be waiting for you while you are walking.
We did not find any significant disadvantages for 10 days of our stay in the hotel, except that the Internet ...it is very slow in the hotel. Simka "orange" with 16 gigs of Internet, was enough for a week (although I have never used Kyivstar 10 gigs per month completely with us, with the same needs). It turned out they have everything strangely calculated there, let's say youtube - double traffic.
Although in youtube for all the time we once turned on a cartoon for a child for 15 minutes.

But according to the guide I would like to write. Maybe this is not very related to the review of the hotel, but still ...
On the second day after arrival - a meeting with this creature (sorry, but I can’t call it otherwise. By the way, we flew from Tui, maybe other guides are somehow different, but I doubt it very much). They gathered us in the hall (as we were told, it is MANDATORY that everyone needs to be) and they told us for a very long time, they sold different tours ...They said that only when ordering today - a super discount, that when ordering a tour from them - we will get into a fairy tale ...and so very long ...As if sensible and useful to us - they didn’t tell us anything in principle. At the very end they said that the next day you can go on a free tour. After listening to the entire lecture, it was necessary to fill out a "leaflet" and give it to the guide.
When they gave it away, we were strongly recommended to go somewhere and order something from them.

The option that we have, as it were, a child of 3.5 years old and we planned just a vacation at sea is not an argument for them at all. The brother and the girl booked an excursion, as a result, the girl was lost in the desert, because no one monitors safety, and then they also made them guilty. The promised fairy tale turned out to be not so fabulous. We signed up for a free tour of the city ...it's something ...they take you around Sharm (they tell you a little bit of information between stops), they bring you to places where supposedly only today and only for you - stunning discounts on miracle oils, perfumes, sweets, etc. ...as a result, the prices, even with these discounts, are space!! ! the goods are stamping, using oils as an example, different amounts of oil are poured in all bottles (which can be seen even from 2 meters without looking closely), stickers are pasted crookedly, etc.
, I wanted to take a picture of it - it is strictly forbidden, I think everyone understands why. It’s not worth taking anything there if you still manage to go on this excursion !!!
To sum up, the task of the guide is to pump money out of you in every possible way. Also, intimidation about the fact that you can’t take tours from anyone else, because insurance will not work there and in general you will be taken somewhere and not returned ...
We checked the time of the return flight ourselves on the Internet when we accidentally met the guide in the lobby - he just nervously poked in the direction where the schedule hangs, because we wanted to know the time when the transfer was. Although he even had our phone number (local Orange) and he had to inform us himself that the departure time had changed and the transfer time.
And so, when we were loaded onto a bus and started to be taken to the airport, the guide began to broadcast ...about what can be taken out of Egypt and how, and what is impossible in principle ...
As a result, I had to repack my suitcases right at the airport, shifting tea, hookahs (coal, for which I had to throw it away altogether, because it’s forbidden to take it on the plane), etc. about it at our super meeting” - smile.
In a word, Mahmoud - hello to you!! !
