We chose this hotel because we had previously been to hotels of this chain and really liked it.
Of the vacationers, mostly Ukrainians and Belarusians, there are also a lot of Kazakhs and a lot of local residents on weekends. Foreigners are very rare.

Minuses:
- The main disadvantage is the sea. The red flag was flown almost all day, the green flag was flown from about 14:30 until sunset (16:30). You can’t swim from the shore, because you won’t reach the depth, but there are three mini-platforms with descents into the water in the second part of the pontoon, you can swim there even when there is a red flag.
- The reef, to put it mildly, is not very good. There are not many living corals, there are many fish, but all of the same type. Of the rare species, only the lionfish and the stingray were seen.
- The Kids Club did not work, but we compensated for this with children's water parks.
- The restaurant "White Elephant" did not work (as it was called). The Veranda bar on the ground floor near the billiards was not yet open.
- No sea view. To see the sea - you need to go to it, before that we rested in Albatros Citadel - a view of the sea from anywhere in the hotel.
- There is little animation for children, only a mini-disco at 20:15, which lasts about 30-40 minutes, after evening animation for adults (fire shows, dances, contests, etc. ), but very primitive!
Pros:
- Good food.
- Good service and room service.
- Heated water park.
- In one of the pools you can swim after sunset (it is written that it is open until 19:00, but in fact at 18:00 they already blew a whistle and asked to leave).
- Delicious coffee at the Columbus bar.
- Clean toilets, in the lobby it’s like that in general - music plays, scented candles, fresh flowers, etc.
- A good playground for children and mini-golf, which will be interesting for adults as well.
