The hotel was chosen based on reviews. The food is excellent, varied. The territory is well-groomed, clean. Lots of flowers and greenery. We swam mainly in pools (heated for both children and adults), swimming in the sea with children is not realistic (long pontoon, strong wind). Wi-fi is available throughout the territory, but it is best near the reception. The staff is friendly, responsive. The room was cleaned daily, towels, bed sheets were also changed daily, shampoos, gels, paper, drinking water were added to the room without reminders. The room is not very new, but everything is clean and tidy.
Regarding the excursions offered by the Coral Travel guide, I do not advise. I especially do not advise buying essential oils in the store they offer (inflated prices, dubious quality).
