My vacation was wonderful!

First of all, I want to note that at the Royal Albatros Moderna 5 * hotel, each guest receives a very high-quality service, which consists in the competence of the staff, an individual approach to each client, ensuring the safety of guests, daily cleaning of the rooms and the territory of the hotel, high-quality and varied food.

Check-in at the hotel is very fast, bracelets are put on immediately, they are not removed when checking out.

I was given a good number 411 on the 2nd floor, in the active zone. For this special THANK YOU to the representative of the hotel - Julia!

The room had everything you need: a TV - plasma, a lot of Russian and Ukrainian channels, ate. kettle, mini-fridge, tea/coffee/cream/sugar, beds, 2 tables (large and small), 2 mirrors, pouffe, lamps, properly selected curtains (which completely cover the sun during the day), a very beautiful view from the balcony. Shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner delivered daily.

There were enough towels (8 pcs. ), they were changed as needed. The hotel also provided cards for towels. Bed linen was changed as needed.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

The territory of the hotel is large, VERY beautiful and well-groomed, a lot of greenery, flowers and photo zones. There are many swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, they are all clean. Heated water park for adults and children, as well as 2 heated pools. Near the pools and on the beach there are many sun loungers, sun loungers, sofas, tables. The beach is large and clean, the reef is good. The air temperature during the day was about + 30 degrees, in the evening it was warm)).

The food at the hotel is varied and tasty. Meat dishes were enough: veal, chicken, duck, turkey. Every day at the main restaurant prepared meat dishes on the grill. A fish restaurant worked every evening, it had a lot of fish dishes, large shrimp and squid were cooked several times.
The hotel has juices, cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), carbonated drinks, hardware coffee, tea, etc. The fruits served fresh were: guava, strawberries, melon, kumquat, physalis, bananas, oranges, tangerines, dates, grapefruit, dried apricots, raisins, apples.

There are many bars on site, the pool bar serves ice cream from 12:00 to 17:00.

Separately, I want to note the GOOD work of the waiters: Mostafa Halawany, A. Allah Elmahdy, Ali Fathy))) Well done guys! ))

I really liked the animation, active and cheerful guys, they didn’t let anyone get bored. In the evening there was a mini disco for children, entertainment programs for adults, competitions, shows. The children really liked the animator - Kiko.

On Valentine's Day - February 14, the hotel administration organized a festive atmosphere, decorated the hotel territory and created a beautiful photo zone. It was very beautiful)) The restaurants had romantic desserts, hearts, flowers, etc. )))
This hotel monitors its reputation, respectively, creates a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation.
