Finally, I can tell you about my stay in this hotel.
There are both positive and negative points, although the second is MUCH more than the first.
I'll start from the very beginning: we rested with TEZ-TOUR. We rested 6 people: 2 families u003d couple + child, vouchers for 7 days (25.09. 2011. -02.10. 2011. )
ORGANIZATION
+++The organization of the operator is excellent, everything is fast, well-organized and pleasant.
ROOM:
----- As soon as we started to check in at the reception, we were informed that 2 of our rooms are located in different parts of the hotel, although initially - for 2 months we ordered 2 rooms for 2 families exactly NEARBY - adjacent. This was the original reserve. But..... as it turned out - on our arrival there are no such rooms !!!!!!!!! ! (((
---- As a result, after lengthy negotiations, we were told that if you pay extra, you can find it - they paid $ 10 and immediately found these 2 adjacent rooms.
----- Immediately there was an enterprising person who took from friends, then came to us when we hinted to him that there were no fools and the second couple had already given the money - he hesitated and said that these 10 dollars were for the reception, and also him 10 dollars. The look of my husband was enough for him to understand that it was not worth continuing the discussion.
-----5 stars in their view turned out to be a room with broken tiles, a wardrobe that just opened...... no....its door somehow fell out and it was necessary to hang and put things into this "disabled person"..... and there was also a safe, which I still wanted to use, and not to feel trembling, with the mention that you could still become the culprit of the final breakdown of this instance in the future... and also pay money, a lot of money.....
The representative of Tez-Tour, when meeting with tourists, told us a lot of useful information, including that if furniture and other utensils break down, the minimum fine is $ 1.000)))))))))))))))))) ))))) interestingly, this disabled person with the experience of my life was probably an expensive antique)
----- of these 2 rooms - absolutely identical, of the same square, layout and interior, it turned out that in 1 the renovation was older than its neighbor by 5-7 years at least, which gives out beaten tiles in the bathroom, a socket that falls out, and also a dressing table, which simply lacked a mirror))))) 2 beds were of different colors.
-----towels.................... they are just in a terrible state, washed to such an extent - that it is not clear what color they were - beige or gray?!? ? ?? (((

----- in the bathroom there is a hair dryer that does not work and a case for liquid soap, into which this soap has never been poured

When our room was cleaned for the first time before the cleaner arrived: 1 shampoo was open, soap was open on the sink,
after cleaning: the soap was left lying on the sink in a crumbly state, the shampoo was taken away and nothing was put in return. I turned to the reception - after 5 minutes they brought me 2 shampoos, they decided not to give soap. For the whole rest, they NEVER brought either shampoo or soap, and the soap sourdough lay until the last day on the sink ((((((((

----- "TEZ-TOUR" on the 1st day informed us that:
1) there are 4 restaurants on the territory: Italian, German, Indian, Oriental, which work from 4 am to 2 am - almost around the clock, their schedules may or may not coincide.
2) Entertainment program all day long until midnight: animation during the day, live music in the evening, concert.
In real life -
1) starting from 22, restaurants do not work at all, there is no food at the bars either. On the 1st day we went on an excursion, we had to wait for the bus at 5 in the morning. We decided to refresh ourselves before the trip, at 4.30 EVERYTHING was closed. During the day from 12-16 restaurants are closed, you can only taste the pancakes that are baked at the entrance to the restaurant. TOTAL: also a Very interesting schedule is obtained)))))))))))))))))))))))) right around the clock)))))))))))
The difference of all restaurants is only 5-7 dishes, counting desserts with the available 30-40)))))))))
2) in the evening for all 7 days there was only 1 day of live music, there are no programs or discos, only for small children in a children's cafe. Aerobics in the morning and table tennis during the day. This is such an entertaining program))

THIS IS WHAT WE GOT:
- washed in the shower

-then they took us to the so-called Turkish bath - for 5 minutes they allowed soapy water on us, without even touching it with our hands (I felt what a Turkish bath is on vacation in Turkey, I know)
- shower again
- after the most interesting thing - they put it on 2 sunbeds that stand in the corridor opposite the toilet, where absolutely everyone goes - both men and women, although they are not supposed to have men nearby. Luckily they were in bathing suits.
-They put a type of dirt on their hands and feet, taking a washcloth spent 3 times back and forth
