After reading the reviews, I was afraid that I would not like it. In the end, the only thing I didn't like was the weather. We were unlucky, strong wind blew all week. We didn’t really buy, but we visited a bunch of excursions. And so on the hotel. It seems that this is a common situation in hotels in Egypt. And, as they wrote earlier in the reviews, packaged juices leave much to be desired. The rest of the food was okay. Meat, fish, sweets enough. Like "wow! " You won't get food, but you certainly won't be hungry. Pools: very good, the child liked the water park area. Enough space around the pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas are good. Alcoholic drinks: I don’t drink, I can’t describe it in any way, but I haven’t heard any bad reviews. Animation: there was, but since our child has already left the age of the "children's room", the quality of this service for children is not known to me. Happy with animation for adults. . . i. e. they didn’t touch us, but we weren’t interested in them : ). Room: we had a junior suite, for a bribe of 30 bucks we were given a large room on the ground floor with access to the pool area, equidistant from both the restaurant area and the sea, in a quiet area where there is no noise from evening music. The furniture is all complete. In principle, worthy, but after the numbers in the Dominican Republic, I can’t put the highest score. The couple we met at the hotel gave 15 bucks when checking in, they were satisfied with the room, but their location area was worse (for my taste), although they were settled in the relax pool area. The place is noisier and twice as far from the sea. Special respect to our cleaner. For a dollar, he did a great job of cleaning and making pretzels out of towels and flowers, never repeating himself. He even brought fruit to the room. There were complaints from the people that they didn’t do anything like that for a dollar. Hotel guide: rested with Tez tour. There are no complaints about the hotel guides. Everything is on time, available, always in the hotel. In general, well done. Sea: alas, I can’t say anything about the sea coast of the hotel. The reef is beautiful, but it was not possible to swim properly. The weather didn't help. Despite the wind, they still saw the fish, which means it is found on the reef. Even some fish-dog was begging for food. It brazenly swims up in the pontoon area, where a bunch of tourists are standing and with all its appearance shows "what did they come up with if they didn't bring food. " Conclusion: I liked everything, except for some monotony in nutrition (not critical), we will repeat our trip to this hotel in a warmer time.
