We go to Egypt every winter. First time visiting this hotel. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the settlement, until you pay - they will not give you a normal room; we changed several rooms and it turned out that we settled from 10.00 to 16.30 - horror!!! ! In the end, we settled in the active area overlooking the large pool and the sea (room 102). The room was cleaned - every day, cleaning is wonderful. The service is top notch, the staff is attentive and polite. The children lost the package with things - they returned it to us. Food - in abundance, however, as elsewhere in Egypt, the cuisine is different from ours, but you will not be hungry, because everything is very diverse. Lots of fruits, delicious ice cream, morning croissants - it's a "fairy tale", at 16.00 they start frying donuts - you can't pull children away from them. The territory is very large - not buried in greenery, but cozy, everything is thought out for any age. Shopping is best done at the mini-market - 50m to the left of the hotel, it is 60% cheaper there. The nicest seller on the market is Roma (on his boutique it says: "Roma is not a miser"), he is unobtrusive and very well-mannered. Excursions from tour operators are very expensive, it’s better to take them at the same mini-market, it’s half cheaper there if you take “Irina’s” or “Victor’s” (the name of the boutiques) They will also give you insurance and pick up a tour of high quality, both speak Russian free. As for the sea, the pantone at the hotel is very long, but after swimming with a snorkel and mask, you will understand that this coral reef is worth it. Animation - excellent, but not familiar to us, because it is designed for Europeans and in English. Time at the hotel flies unnoticed, because it is very comfortable to arrive there!!! !
