Худшего отеля я пока не видела Worst hotel I have ever seen

Today we arrived from this bedbug, and immediately decided to leave my comments about this hotel. I’ll start with check-in: we arrived at 3 in the morning with a group of tourists from Austria (since we live in this country but we have Ukrainian passports), we were 3 people, my husband and I and our friend (who paid 200 euros more for a ticket, since he needs a separate number). We were immediately taken aside and told that the hotel was full and there were no rooms for us, and that they could offer us two separate rooms or a family room in the 7th building))) The condition of which horrified us!! ! The Austrians were settled without talking in the 1st and 2nd buildings. After a day!! ! hassle, we were given rooms at different ends of the 5th building (I took photos of this suite), but at least there was no smell of sewage (in the rooms). The hotel area is large but not very well maintained, garbage is everywhere, the lawn is yellow, when the lawn is watered in the evening the stench is unbearable (Swamp!! ). Pools: there are a lot of them, and they are all different, the tiles from Stalin's time are all beaten up, there are even two pools covered with tarpaulin instead of tiles.... in the morning, fat and incomprehensible films on the water are very clearly visible, bleach stinks so much that you feel it at a distance of 10-15 meters, fungus and mold?! ? Of course there is, how is it without it)) many vacationers disdain to enter these luxury pools in them. . Sun loungers leave much to be desired, torn, dirty, worn out. In short, the hotel, inside and outside, has not seen repairs since the time of construction, and it specifically cries for it. The only thing we liked was the food, yes, a lot of fish, seafood, 6 all-inclusive restaurants (but not all), buffet, really very tasty, BUT the service is terrible!!! ! You can’t take drinks yourself, but while you wait, you have time to eat the first, second and dessert and wait another 15 minutes)). The bars have two menus for the all-inclusive system and for a fee, so in the bar near the stage the waiter told us that he only brings paid drinks, but they don’t give them at the bar themselves, please wait for the waiter. . . All drinks on the beach are served in 150 gram (disposable) cups, and you can’t take more than one per person, or stop drinking at the bar))) In short, not a hotel, but a fairy tale)))) It would be better if we took tents with us. . . )))
