Отличный отель, только бассейны все холодные Great hotel, only the pools are all cold

Traveled with my husband in December 2016. First time in Egypt. Chose this hotel based on reviews and beautiful pictures. Never regretted. The hotel is super, the territory is huge, beautiful, well-groomed, a lot of greenery. True, we were not really settled, well, they offered to move to a room with a sea view, agreed for $ 10, waited another 25 minutes until it was removed, it was a little hard on the road. But then we were settled, the room is beautiful, clean, the view from the room is cool. The food is excellent, there was meat and fish, and milk porridge, and vegetables, and a bunch of other things. I don't think it's possible to go hungry there. The chefs cooked delicious! Everyone is very very friendly. The coral reef in the hotel is really impressive!! ! We went on two different excursions (and saw different corals) and so in this hotel the corals are like in different reserves, very beautiful! Of course, it’s worth going to Ras Mohamed (for example), but if you don’t have money for excursions, then don’t be upset if you choose this hotel, the main thing is to buy a mask, or buy it there, and take everything away yourself. The only downside was that the heated pool is cold, but the water in the sea is very warm. In general, we really liked it, super! And on the territory there are 3 more Alacarte restaurants. We were in a Levan restaurant, well, insanely delicious cuisine, not at all like a buffet. The animation at the hotel is not bad, in the evening you always have music, dancing, zumba, karaoke.
