Of the advantages of the hotel can be noted only the magnificent sea, stunning coral reef and the only educated locals - fish.
So, in - order:
1) We were all accommodated in the rooms only after each of us paid 20 US dollars for a room, otherwise we threatened to be sent to the farthest building, despite the fact that we, the tour operator, were paid for Deluxe rooms with balconies.
2) Shampoos were not provided, I had to call and demand at the reception. The situation was repeated daily.
3) Towels were not changed daily, the cleaner picked them up from the floor and put them on the shelves. Also, towels were always in short supply. For example, for three people, 1 large bath towel was issued.

Only after the call to the reception, towels were brought, but, not in a hurry, they could bring the missing towels within 2-3 hours and then, after a second request. This situation happened every day.
4) The beds were changed once every 2-3 days, and the new beds were not clean, the feeling that they were not washed, but simply brought used from another room.
5) The mattresses on the beds are old, they are inhabited by bedbugs, which regularly and fiercely bit us every night.
6) Cleaning in the room was bad. The floors were not washed, the dust was not wiped, the windows were stained and stained with fingers. Under the beds is a layer of dust a year ago.
7) In a triple room, there were no pillows on one bed. After the request to provide pillows, we brought one and only 3 days after arrival, despite the fact that several times a day we were reminded that pillows must be brought.
Also, there were no glasses in the room, at the request to bring them, we were denied, because it is not allowed! We had to pay $ 1 to the waiter, and he allowed us to take 3 glasses out of the restaurant. In any case, it is not clear how to drink water. From a bottle? ! ! .
8) Sunbeds on the beach are old and dirty, mattresses, dirty, sewn in places, in some places - no. Beach towels are not fresh and clean. Of the available entertainment on the beach, only the old table for playing ping pong and a set of balls for an incomprehensible game, the rules of which no one explains. It should be noted that there is also a volleyball court, sprinkled with sand with hidden sharp stones, which can be injured. The beach is never cleaned, cigarette butts, drink straws, garbage, sharp stones are lying on the beach. Rest is very unpleasant, the dirt around is disgusting.
9) Food is disgusting and monotonous.

The so-called meat or chicken is issued personally by the chef, no more than one, very small piece, per person. It was simply not possible to ask for an omelet or egg for breakfast, as the chef personally forbade the chefs from frying eggs at 9.30, although breakfast lasted until 11.00. From the range of food available, sometimes there were sweet potatoes, sometimes potatoes. The usual food - pasta, rice, boiled vegetables and sliced, huge pieces, cabbage and cucumbers, also, for breakfast, there were inedible yogurts, sausages and hot dogs (which can not even look, not that there is) in a small range of pastries and cereals with milk (diluted to the color of white water), which could not be tasted, because the dishes for them - were missing and requests to bring plates and spoons, none of the staff did not respond. That's all the variety.
There were no fruits, sometimes half-rotten grapefruits and guavas were offered, but in this case there were no pastries. There was no children's menu at all. No sauces, butter, salt. A separate column should say about the blatant lack of sugar, napkins and tea. For five people who asked for tea, they offered one bag for everyone, and for 1 dollar, the tea was immediately and for another $ 1, we could be offered sugar in a plastic cup from the dirty pocket of the waiter.
10) Alcoholic beverages are diluted with water and, as a rule, are absent. If we found something to drink, we were given 2 glasses of alcohol diluted with water per person. In 1 glass poured, by force, 15-20 grams of drink, regardless of the type of drink. That is, if we took wine or beer or a cocktail, no more than 20 grams were poured. If you often go to the bar, the bartender starts yelling at you and running away from the bar.

11) Incredibly annoying beach service, which strives to impose paid services. It happens every day and spoils the impression of rest. For example, a masseur, without asking permission, grabs his hands and begins to massage them, after which he demands 1 US dollar and offers the services of his spa, for 30 US dollars per hour.
12) The catastrophic lack of utensils and plates, and the time spent searching for them, negatively affected our vacation and, as a result, negatively affected the general mood. Appliances, namely, plates, forks, knives - you need to ask the waiter. For $ 1, they brought us appliances, but they were usually dirty.

For example, to take food, you need to ask for a plate, within 10 minutes, you may be brought it, however, while they bring a plate, there is nothing to take from the food. If you managed, without adventure, to fill a plate with at least something edible, then there are no forks, knives and spoons. Again, you need to ask the waiter. As a result, while you sit down to eat, inedible food becomes even colder, so we did not manage to eat much.
13) Glasses! A separate topic! They are not! And, if it was possible to order water, wine or beer, it was brought in dirty, unwashed, with fingerprints, glasses. During our stay in the hotel, we, unfortunately, did not see a clean and whole glass. Glasses on the beach are either disposable plastic (which, in general, would be nice, because reusable do not wash, but, unfortunately, they were either dumped in the mud, or used repeatedly), or large plastic, but all stuffed, cracked and dirty.
14) Paper napkins in this hotel are equated to gold, as they do not exist. And cloth napkins, apparently, simply do not wash and transfer them dirty from one vacationer to another.
15) Waiters in a la carte restaurants do not speak any languages ​ ​ other than the national one, as a result of which there were unpleasant misunderstandings in the payment of the bill. When we were given a free menu at the end of the evening, it turned out that we had to pay the bill, because some of the dishes were paid, which we were not notified in advance. The amount on the account ranged from 40 to 100 euros, depending on the dishes we ordered. At the same time, the quality of the dishes did not correspond to the declared value and was not high. This problem had to be solved by calling a manager named Rafat, who tried, as far as possible, to solve this problem.
Unfortunately, the daily need to call a manager and thus try to get a decent living, has negatively affected our morale. It should be noted that our requests to give us an invoice or check have always been rejected in a rather rude manner.
16) In the main restaurant "La Veranda" and in a closed restaurant on the beach, birds are constantly flying, pecking food from plates, shit on the head and in plates, which causes panic among some vacationers and we were no exception.

17) Dirt haunted us everywhere, on the street, on the beach, in restaurants, in bars, in rooms. Even waiters and managers wear dirty pants and shirts and allow themselves to scratch the groin area in public. As for the cleanliness of their hands, it raises serious doubts.

Two days after writing the claim, we approached the administrator Xenia and asked what action had been taken in response to our letter. Ksenia was sincerely surprised that we wrote anything at all. And she couldn't help us. Which is a blatant fact of inconsistency between the actions of the administration and staff.
19) All pools on site, cold, water temperature not exceeding 5 degrees. The hotel does not have a heated pool, although the travel agency charges extra for the presence of water slides in the hotel. However, it is not possible to use these water activities due to the above water temperature.

But, all this turned out to be a deception, even those who had bracelets, drinks, first of all, water, were no longer given, demanding to pay 3 US dollars for a bottle.

Some of us managed to dine without incident, but one of my friends suffered from the insults of the waiter. 23) Even the porter, on the last day of our stay, having received $ 2 for services, said that he would drop our suitcases if we did not give him Alenka chocolate immediately.
