I do not argue that it is five-star, but some stars did not get so many. All Russians who have bought standard rooms are accommodated at the entrance to the hotel building 9 (to the sea about 500m on foot along the steps or a steep climb). $20 at the reception - they will laugh at you and offer to settle closer to civilization for $50 a day... OK, sports are useful, okay.
The room is equipped with a mini-bar. It is plugged in, buzzes, but does not cool at all. It is warmer in it than in the room, because the air conditioner still works : ) The logic of the hotel workers is that the mini-bar will not be repaired or changed, HUMS, so it WORKS. Okay, on the 3rd day they killed the ants, thanks already. And then the bastards bit.
The first hotel, in which the standard room is not: matches, ashtrays, thread and needles, paper - nothing. A sign on the doorknob - REMOVE-DO NOT DISTURB - no!! ! Let me remind you, a 5 * hotel, I saw such things on deluxe...

The rest of the troubles are common to all guests - the lack of sun loungers, umbrellas, the quality of food, the speed of service... There are no tables, cups, tea ends, etc. At the sight of dollars, of course, everything changes for the better, but... Deutsches are treated better even without money.
Excellent sea - yes. Fish - corals, stingrays, and even moray eels (although it would be better if I didn’t see it) - everything is there, but I think the hotel workers have nothing to do with this : )
In short, the summary: the idea of ​ ​ the hotel is very good, it was built interestingly, the territory is well-groomed, but a lot needs to be brought to mind. It seems that the owners have changed, maybe something will change for the better. But distant buildings are not 5 *. It is clear that for $ 500 per person - this is normal, but then sell them as four on the territory of a 5 * hotel... It will not be a shame.
