The worst hotel ever

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. If not the worst. And if someone now thinks that this will concern the kitchen or how often they clean, then yes, but these would still be tolerable little things. We were given a room with a separate bed. No bath (although we asked). Immediately before check-in, the reception brazenly warned that the room would be bad. But for "gratitude" - one good one will appear near the sea. I asked for a bath (it was necessary to clarify "serviceable", but more on that later). Went and looked at the "no-spoat" room - no bath, separate beds, not close to the sea - but it was not bad in the street. We went back to reception and the dude gave us another "BEST" room. I calmly gave $ 10 in the form of "gratitude" and we happily went to the "best" room. And now attention to the question: what number did they give us, what do you think? Identical, but with a bathroom... though with a broken bottom and we flooded half the room : ) Well, of course, the beds are also separate ??? ? I went to the reception and asked at least to solve the problem with the bathroom. They said they would definitely fix it. Of course, no one was going to decide anything.
The kitchen is without comment. I was in the worst hotel according to ratings on the Internet, but the kitchen was normal, and the food was at least edible. Beans - it turns out to be stupidly water in which several beans float : ) From vegetables: potatoes, cabbage, broccoli (1 time in 11 days), salad of stale cucumbers (frozen), a few tomatoes sometimes come across (always rotten), green pepper, lettuce (sour), carrot. FROM meat: chicken sausages (1 time for all the time), minced fish cutlets (you can’t convey WHAT IT WAS to taste), lulakebab from which it DOES NOT smell of meat (it doesn’t taste like meat either), beef sausages (inedible, but every day? ??? ), several times there was goulash, which is not chewed, sometimes fish. There were buns (all lean). Sweets: always only the most tasteless biscuit in the world and that's it. Fruits: tangerines cut into halves, green tart bananas, 1 time grapefruit cut into pieces, unripe melon, 1 time dates, 1 time green tasteless guava. And then all THESE fruits and vegetables will be only on the condition that you come to the beginning of dinner or lunch, because in 30-40 minutes from the start there is not much left. Let me remind you that a 5 * hotel should have been informed, since dinner / lunch lasts an average of 2-2.5 hours. The same story with coffee / tea / beer - it is only at the beginning. 30 minutes after the start, something is always LACK: mostly cups or sugar. Sometimes the waiters brought a few cups. Dishes were always dirty. If you run your finger over the “washed” plate, then you could collect so much fat that it would be enough to spread it on bread. No one normally cleaned the tables either, there were always crumbs and crumpled napkins, sometimes there were NO appliances and it was also not easy to search, since the other tables have the same story. Somehow they got a plate of vegetables (let me remind you, they were rotten), of course they were NOT able to eat it (when they put it on, they didn’t know that they were rotten, it was not visually visible, but it tasted palpably). When the waiter came to clean our plates, he did it with the words (in a boorish way) “why did you have to put so much if you didn’t eat” ????
On the first day - more than an hour of rest, the Guide of the Join Up company, Ahmed Muhamed, took away from us. He talked about excursions and all sorts of standard things: everywhere it’s not good, but here it’s very good. Do not take anywhere, but take everything from us. In general, the cost is $100, but only today and only for you - $15. And of course, as always, “this is Anya, my assistant, she will tell you something. ” Anya comes out and talks about sheepskin coats and fur coats that we can buy (smiley) Let me remind you that we are in Africa and came to the sea. This is all over the course of more than an hour. We agreed with the guide that in the evening he would bring me a SIM card (just because of the guide we didn’t buy it at the airport, he said everything can be bought at the hotel or from him). I think you yourself have already guessed that he didn’t bring anything))) By the way, all the proposed excursions are twice, and some are three times more expensive than you can take from others. When we wrote a statement of refusal (and it was a mandatory type of “document”) from all excursions, the guide immediately began to be rude and did not want to talk to us anymore. Maybe that's why I didn't bring a SIM card. It seemed that they paid us to come, and not vice versa. I can write a lot more about this hotel, but the main message of my review is NEVER and under no circumstances come to this hotel. The only positives there are a good beautiful reef, 2 a la carte restaurants (Lebanese and Italian cuisine with an incredibly pleasant waiter Romani) and a team of pleasant animators "extrovert groups".
