Rested with family in this hotel from 22 to 29 December. This was our worst holiday in Egypt. The hotel itself is beautiful, located in a beautiful location. But, the staff in the restaurants of this hotel crosses out all the charms of the hotel. At La Werande restaurant, hotel guests have to wait for an empty tea cup for 5 minutes. The staff did not respond to requests for cups. A huge problem in this restaurant was finding cutlery - forks and spoons. The service staff did not respond to our requests to give us a fork. Arriving for lunch, we couldn't make tea due to lack of tea bags! At the C-View restaurant, people queued for 10-15 minutes to get two fried chicken wings! From food there was only weathered rice and a sluggish cucumber!
