Irresponsible people, same company!
Our Sharm Plaza Hotel is 5 stars (actually 3! ).
We went through Join Up, but directly through the Sacvoyage company (located in the city of Kyiv, on Podil), this was not the first trip! It’s too bad that we are practically regular customers of Sacvoyage and Join Up, but they slipped us such a thing!
In general, about the hotel - we took the tour in September, we wanted 5 stars All Inc, so that there would be no winds!
What we got -
1. A hotel with food that repeats almost every day! Meat problems! They can't even fry fish properly! In general, I ate one fish, rice and salads (although I don’t usually eat it)!
2. I am silent about alcohol - diluted crap! Don't get drunk on this, drink as much as you like. The question is - what is this alcohol for? I'd rather drink water!
3. They gave $ 10 immediately at the reception, they gave us a room - so in this room there is DUST on the table, there is no SOAP, there is no TOILET PAPER!
The dust was wiped off by my sister, toilet paper and soap were taken from the cleaner (they are hard to come by, they asked 2 times! ).
4. Constantly and everywhere at the free bar on the terrace, they want to sell you paid alcohol, you show the bracelet that you have ALL INCLUSIVE - you wait, no one approaches you! On the 1st day, we talked with Guest Relation (everyone complains there, the girls from Join Up are there - they are trying to figure it out), the Egyptians don’t make sense to say anything at all, it’s like banging their heads against the wall! We also left a couple of dollars in tips - then they bring you alcohol faster!
5. THE MOST INTERESTING IS THEIR WIFI! It's a total masterpiece! It only works in the lobby and it's so bad that in fact even Viber doesn't work, do you want free WIFI? Come at 7 am when everyone is sleeping! Paid internet works only in the room intermittently, WIFI does not work on site, I work all the time and I need to check messages and email at least a couple of times a day!
Of the pluses - a beautiful beach, corals and fish are visible!
