The hotel was at the end of April, advised by a friend who traveled here in March. Rested alone, took a standard room. In March, the standard buildings (outside the reception area) were closed, a friend was settled closer to the sea without any problems and surcharges. I was ready for the fact that there would be more people, so I had no objections to settling in building No. 7, especially since this is the quietest place, and I went to bed early and got up early. It's a long way to spank to the sea, but really, it's hard only in the heat and downhill. For those who have health problems, especially with their feet, I do not recommend the hotel, very steep terrain, a huge number of stairs from the beach to the reception and restaurant. Pluses - good food, which became even better on the day when the crowd of Ukrainians subsided and mostly Europeans remained))), a beautiful reef where a huge Napoleon hangs out - we called him Vasya).
Cons - a clear difference in relation to ours and to everyone else who has Eureka))), well, no one is to blame for us here. There are just a lot of Europeans in this hotel, they are kings and gods here, and this is very striking.
When I presented my Ukrainian passport during check-in and added $10 to it with a request not to put me in a room without a balcony or terrace, I was promised that they would give me a good room.

I spent 7 hours at the reception - I arrived early in the morning, hoping for an early check-in for an extra charge (and there is a price tag for such a service at the counter), but I was firmly denied with the argument - there are no places! I am not very sure that this is so, because the Germans who arrived after me were settled in an instant and bowed to the waist, but I waited for the settlement, falling from fatigue after 1.5 days on my feet. I got to the room, went to the curtain - and behind it was a WINDOW !! ! Seeing my reaction, the frightened porter grabbed the suitcase and dragged me back to the reception. The comrade who gave me the number did not even try to apologize or figure it out, but looked with glassy eyes. They called the administrator, she reassured me and gave me a room with a terrace.
I must say, their rooms almost do not differ, a little bit in size and proximity to the sea. True, in the standard the bed is squeezed through, the TV almost does not work, it is old and without an antenna, they don’t put soap and shampoo, only shower gel.
What bothered me a lot: they don’t bring water to the rooms! This is the third time I've been to Sharm - I don't remember anything like that, so that they don't wear 1.5 liters per day per capita! Water in the heat has to be obtained in a bar near the reception. Give 1 pint in hand. That is, in order to survive, you must bow at least 3-4 times a day. Waiting for him to serve someone while talking on the phone. If asked - a couple of times they gave two in one hand. It depends on the bartender, but it is not clear why you need to depend on him, because this is a mandatory thing in any hotel.
Please note that wi-fi at the reception practically does not work. Those who relied on him and did not buy a card yet at the airport sit for a long time and almost unsuccessfully, trying to catch it. In the middle of the term, I bought a card from them in a shop at exorbitant prices...
Very smelly cleaning agent! The smell is like a bath ruff. . . It's especially cool to come from the beach, open the door. . . and rush to make a draft, letting in the heat, but you can't help but ventilate - it hurts your throat! I rested in other hotels - there was an aroma after cleaning... It’s good that they didn’t wash the floor every day, for two days this muck slowly disappeared, and then he came again... )))

Just horrible sunbeds and mattresses on the beach. Old wooden, dark brown, heavy coffins covered with torn, sagging mattresses. When the workers in the evenings dragged them to the heap, I really wanted to say: throw them to hell! ))) With such an influx of vacationers and the number of Europeans, it is simply indecent to have such sunbeds. True, for them (and they all hung out on the top platform of the beach and by the pool), the mattresses were selected more or less decent. Those who rested below by the sea sorted through this rubbish in the mornings in order to somehow cover themselves.
The beach is officially open from 8 am. I understand everything, but in the heat of the sea people go from 6, at 11 you already have to run away, and you have to climb over the ropes, and don’t hand over the towel until the end of the term, so as not to lie naked for 2 hours.
Most likely, I will not go here again, although I still had a good rest, the sea is magical, I will miss Napoleon Vaska!
