I returned from Egypt just a week ago. I don't know why, but my soul is still there. We rested at the Sharm Resort 4 *, which is the 7th and 9th buildings of the Sharm Plaza. This is the difference between the four and the five, otherwise everything is the same. Buildings 7 and 9 are farther from the sea, but walking to the beach around the hotel is a pleasure. The territory is large and very beautiful. The beach is multi-level, there are 2 pontoons. The advantage is that the pontoons are not long, such as in the nearby hotel Continental. The sea is beautiful, the fish living in it, too. Everything is very beautiful and interesting.
When we first arrived at the hotel in the morning, we were sent for breakfast, and then very quickly settled in the room. We got building 9, which is better than 7, because the view from the room opens onto a pool with water slides, and building 7 is located next to outbuildings. The room is small, but in principle we liked it. True, the floors do not seem to be washed in it. The cleaner doesn’t understand Russian at all, and we don’t speak English well, it was difficult to communicate with him, so we didn’t particularly find fault with anything))) Upon arrival, the first impression was that there were a lot of foreign pensioners in the hotel, but we were wrong - in later we saw the youth)) There were a lot of Russians in our race and it pleased us, because we wanted more communication.
The food at the hotel is varied, but for 5 days we were already sick of it. I wanted borscht, dumplings, okroshki... I was very pleased with the huge variety of pastries - several types of buns and bread, delicious and beautiful pies. For breakfast, you pour drinks for yourself, and at lunch and dinner, waiters bring them, though it’s very tiring to wait for them. The dishes were most often unclean, but along the way, this is in their order of things. Once we saw how the waiter poured the rest of the water from two unfinished glasses into one glass and put it to the girl. After that, they began to eat and drink very cautiously)) But the truth is, in addition to 2 restaurants with a buffet, there are 4 more restaurants in the hotel where you can eat by appointment - these are Italian, Chinese, Lebanese and some other restaurants. We only visited Lebanese - everything is very, very tasty.

After dinner, we went to the animation, or to the bar. I really do not agree with the tourists who write that there is no animation in the hotel. We personally had fun. During the day, they teach dancing on the beach, carry out exercises, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, and play bocha. In the evening they put on a show - first for children, then for adults. Then at 22-00 the girl sings slow songs in Russian. The animation was in three languages ​ ​ - English, German and Italian, apparently depending on the target audience. Among the animators, 2 at least spoke Russian - this is Polina and the Georgian chief animator (I don’t remember the name). The rest also know a few phrases. All animators are very nice and friendly.
Every evening after 22-00 discos were held. There were quite a lot of people and it was a lot of fun. During our holiday, every Friday at 22-20 from our hotel, the animators took tourists to some city hotel for a foam party. This all lasted until half past two. We also drove there, it was a lot of fun. It's all free.
The guide from Tez-Tour, Mohammed, is basically a normal guy, he didn’t do anything unpleasant to us, but he likes to “litter” tourists behind his back if someone starts arguing with him. He really let us down once. We were going on an excursion to the dolphinarium, and he specified the time for us an hour later than necessary, and naturally we were late. We thought they would not return the money to us, but he returned the money without any problems.
That's basically it. In general, I liked the rest, because I went with a positive attitude. Sharm Plaza, hello to you! Maybe see you again!!! !
