Every day they change towels in the room, and there are so many of them that you just don’t know what to rub with them) White towels of all sizes and shapes: for the face, for the hands, for the legs, for the body and for the beach.
While we were at sea, the room was cleaned daily, the room was ventilated. And in the afternoon, when you were in the room, the cleaner comes to ask if you need anything else - water (drinking), soap, etc. The only thing is that they have small jars of shampoos and gels, that is, you better stock up on any chemicals yourself .
If you are satisfied with the cleaning, you can leave it in a conspicuous place, for example, on the table with a dollar, the cleaning will be even better.

It is also customary for many cleaners to twist different animals from towels.
They made a turtle, an elephant, swans and a crocodile for us, they laid out bows from sundresses =)

We had 2 huge beds in our room, probably 2 by 2.20, if I'm not mistaken, a large closet in the corridor, a mirror, a table, an armchair, a coffee table, a cabinet with a TV and a refrigerator. Spacious bathroom - a shower, a huge sink with the same mirror, a toilet with a telephone next to it =)
There is a safe in the closet in the hallway. The key for the number - an electronic card - is very convenient, just inserted it into the slot and that's it.

NUTRITION.
The food there is just excellent. Buffet. Diverse food - for every taste and color. If you want - healthy food, raw or steamed vegetables, if you want - meat, if you want - sweet.
We were most often in the main restaurants - La Veranda, it's on the second floor.
Breakfast.
Omelettes (you can even take it from the chef, he will cook it right in front of you), curd dishes, yoghurts, vegetables, fruits, salads, rolls, cakes, juices, tea, coffee.
Dinner.
Soups, meat, poultry, potatoes, pasta, vegetables, fruits, salads, cakes (a huge amount, it's just impossible to resist, very tasty), cakes, juices, wine, tea.

Meat, fish, salads, vegetables, sweets, cakes, pastries, wine, various spirits, juices, a sweet dish from the chef.
If you don’t get along very well with languages, it’s better to find a Russian-speaking waiter, they are definitely there.

In addition to the main restaurants, there is a fish restaurant on the 1st floor, where you need to pre-order food by appointment. It is the same in the Lebanese restaurant, it is on the way to the sea. There is also a restaurant-cafe on the beach. In the same place, by the way, they make delicious ice cream and cocktails - for free.

BATHING.

At sea until 5 pm, as is customary, they say, at one time sharks were seen after sunset. In the pools, too, up to 5, as they are cleaned with a special tool at a certain time. In total, there are, in my opinion, 7 pools, one is heated in winter.

ENTERTAINMENT.
Extensive program. In the morning, water aerobics, yoga, basketball, volleyball classes are held. In the evening, a disco for children, then a choice of 2 programs for adults - either dancing or a vocal concert, there are also competitions.
In addition to entertainment, the hotel also offers excursions. Ask your guide about them, they will tell you everything in detail.

LANGUAGE.
Contrary to fears, it does not cause difficulties. If you do not know either English or German at all, do not despair. You will be understood =) Just in case, grab a Russian-English phrasebook. But the hotel has Russian-speaking waiters, managers and receptionists + a Russian-speaking guide for any occasion. His job is to help you solve various issues.

As for the appearance of the hotel - I really liked the design. Very beautiful. Flower beds, shrubs, palm trees, smooth lawns, pools. Beautiful buildings, comfortable in terms of weather - heat.

As for the hotel as a whole, I'm delighted.
In addition to service, quality of food and atmosphere, there are insanely nice people. Smile more often and you will immediately see the response. They will try to please you and just help. Of course there are exceptions. But still, there are so friendly and pleasant people that you can relax to the maximum.

In fact, a lot depends on you. If you treat its inhabitants well, normally in this country, you will have an unforgettable vacation, believe me. Of course, if you are rude, swear and make a fuss, then of course, once again you will not wait for help in anything.

In general, I would advise you to visit Sharm Plaza. If I had the opportunity to get out for a week to rest (and if I had a choice), I went only there. You rest both in body and soul.
