Check in:
No matter what time you arrive (at 6-8-10 in the morning), you will not be put on a bracelet before lunch, because you are not supposed to eat and drink for free. Check-in is strictly after 14:00 even if there are free rooms. If you booked a "standard" room, this is the 7th or 6th building outside the main building and reception.
Rooms: if not for dirt, dust, ancient TV, it might be better...
Food: the worst I've seen in Egypt (was previously Hawaii Riviera Resort & Aqua Park 5 *, and The Grand Resort). I don't know why this hotel has painted itself 5*.... the food is terrible. If meat or fish is only 1 piece per person. no more. The staff shaves all the food with their hands and puts it on your plate. There is no assortment, there is no choice.

Service: none. The tables are dirty everywhere, the glasses are dirty, they don’t bring anything (and if you take it yourself, everything is diluted + the smell from the dishes is such that you don’t want to drink).
Pros: a lot of space on the beach, a short pontoon, immediately deep, fish.

I'm not a picky tourist, 9th time abroad. This hotel is not worth the money that tours are sold for. If it's not important Sharm or Hupgada, take the Titanic (relatives are resting there now and are very happy) Heaven and earth are simple. . .
