Отель ужасный The hotel is terrible

We were looking for a hotel based on reviews, upon arrival we were asked to check into a superior room for an extra charge, as we read a review that they would be accommodated in the 7th building. To which we were told that there were no available rooms. They settled us in the penultimate room of the 7th building. The room was terrible and dirty. The safe and fridge didn't work. At the request to change the room at the reception, they answered that all the rooms are occupied, the refrigerator and the safe will be changed in two days. After the scandal, there was a room with a sea view in building 8 for a surcharge of $30. This room was spacious with a large balcony, but with an old TV that showed a few channels and not freshly refurbished.
There is a long queue in the dining room and nowhere to sit. Dirty dishes, tasteless food, no fruit. Drinking water is provided from 10 am to 10 pm, one bottle of 0.5 liters per person at a time, if you ask for more, they begin to resent. At bars, it’s better to pour it into a disposable glass, since they don’t wash the glasses, but simply rinse them under the tap. Foreigners carry their own glasses with them, to which the service is better because of the bracelets. The restaurant where they make pizza stinks like a landfill. The pools stink terribly of chlorine. One pool near the reception stank and turned brown, it was fenced off and nothing was done for two days.
I do not recommend this hotel for any money, spoiled the rest. The boorish behavior of the staff, they pretend that they do not understand until you give $. Beer is poured half a glass of which half of the foam, when you ask to pour two glasses, they begin to snort. The only plus is the sea and the reef. Hotel spruce pulls on 3 stars.
