- When settling in, they were rude, settled in a room without repair in a terrible state with a non-working air conditioner and smelly sewerage, they said there were no free rooms, they were able to move only on the second day to a room with a higher class and with a sea view for free only because I work in travel agency and they went to meet me.
- EVERYTHING is decided only for money or with a scandal, I had to use my business cards everywhere.

- The food is monotonous and tasteless, white and red wine from packages with a strange taste, once you tried it, it’s definitely not wine, the beer is good, take the rest of the drinks with you in advance, since the flight is from terminal F in Kyiv, and there is no duty free.
- The guide from Join Up is arrogant, if you do not buy excursions from him, then he does not want to record for 2 FREE, says there are no places.
- Sunbeds are occupied from 6 in the morning, there is a big queue everywhere, as people from a 4 * hotel go to 5 * restaurants, bars and the sea, I have not seen such queues in any hotel.
