Ужасный отель!!!! Terrible hotel!!!!

Rested with my husband in this hotel from 12 to 22 March 2008. At first glance, we liked the hotel - a large, fairly well-groomed area with palm trees, flowers, pools. But I want to note that we were initially lucky with the resettlement (a sea view room was booked) with a really gorgeous view, so we had 3 minutes to get to the sea. But God forbid you get on the 7th or 8th line, then you will have to stomp for 10-15 minutes.
Negative sides: Boorish staff, with a particularly intolerant attitude towards Russians - this manifests itself everywhere - in bars on the beach and by the pool, in restaurants, at the reception and even when cleaning the room - despite all the tips left in the room, I did not saw. The "I wish" system (analogous to "all inclusive") - I have never seen anything like it. Constant queues to the restaurant, no matter what time you go there. The food is very monotonous - for 10 days nothing changed in the restaurant's diet except sweets, and out of all the "variety" offered, it was only possible to eat chicken and fresh cucumbers with tomatoes, once, though, we managed to try the fish, having previously waited near the vat where it should I was lying down for 15 minutes....Of the fruits, there were only oranges, bananas and dates. In addition to the monotony of food, it is worth noting its rather meager amount, all the "edible" dishes were sorted out at a breakneck pace, and a new portion could not wait. Tables in the restaurant are set at random, sometimes you had to wait for forks and knives for 10 minutes, sometimes you had to run after the waiter and ask for napkins and an ashtray, there was no talk of toothpicks at all. Water and low-alcohol local drinks are issued on a strictly scheduled basis and only through waiters who, until you catch them by the hand, pretend that you do not exist.
The beach is a different story. Built in the form of several tiers, descending to the sea. At first glance, very even nothing. But the problem is that all vacationers really want to sunbathe in close proximity to the sea, and there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, so people apparently got up at 6 o'clock to take a place under the sun... Lazy us, who got up at 8 in the morning, I managed to lie down near the sea only once. Moreover, the most interesting thing is that there were always queues for towels, and sometimes they were not delivered on time either, and you had to wait half an hour....

The room is standard, neither better nor worse than in other hotels, the only thing was that there were problems with hot water, sometimes it was simply turned off, while everyone came from the beach, sometimes it flowed from the shower in a little trickle.
in general, words can not describe everything, if you have a lot of patience and you love "adventure", then you are here!!!
Of the positive aspects of the holiday, I really want to note the very friendly and cheerful animation team, which did its best to entertain the people and, of course, the most beautiful coral with a bunch of different living creatures !! ! and unimaginably, indescribably beautiful sea!! ! It compensated me for all the minor shortcomings of the service !!! !
