Having ordered a room for 2 for 2600, we got a dirty, shabby room. Torn sheets (which, at our request, no one changed, but simply tucked back in), dirty curtains (which were apparently used by previous guests as towels), doors, cabinets, switches, dirty to disgrace.
Towels left on the floor were left unattended, and when they were changed, new and supposedly clean ones were brought along with someone's hair.
The toilet is a whole other issue. According to the drawings left by the previous guests, we can conclude that the hotel is popular, but the hotel staff is so reverent about the memory of the vacationers that they are in no hurry to say goodbye to traces of urine and hair under the toilet seat.
When asked to clean the room, the girl at the reception responded with selective rudeness.
