When I threatened him that I would call the tour operator, he immediately put bracelets on us and sent us to breakfast, after half an hour he gave us the keys to the rooms. When we got to the room, it was a nightmare, the bed was not made, there were no towels, nothing. We caught a boy who cleans, for money he cleaned 2 rooms for us. During our entire stay at the hotel, the rooms were not cleaned at all, the toilets were dirty, dust was everywhere, the only thing they did was make the bed and spin the swans and doves from the towels. They didn't even clean the dust on the TV. The hotel area was good, the beach was a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel, there was a transfer from the hotel to the beach, but we walked. There was animation at the hotel, but we are not very interested in it, young people would probably like it. The food was excellent, the drinks are very bad, these are not drinks - this is some kind of swill. There was no wine, there were sprite, cola, pepsi. Then, on the bottles it was written that it was brandy, it was written that it was gin, cognac, but it was far from gin, not brandy, not cognac and not whiskey. It was all locally produced, but of very poor quality. We bought a tour from our guide, which was supposed to include lunch at a fish restaurant, but if three shrimp is a fish restaurant, then I don't know. . what can I say. In addition, our guide tours were $ 10 more expensive than guides in other hotels, we learned this information from tourists who were traveling with us on an excursion by bus. So, for an excursion to Israel, for example, tourists from other hotels paid guides 100-120 dollars, but for us it cost 130, another tour for everyone else cost 70 dollars, for us - 80, I don’t know why.
