The hotel was recommended to us by the agency and we were completely satisfied with everything, our expectations coincided for the amount we expected. We arrived at 8 pm, at first we were offered a room that did not suit us very well, we asked to change the room, and they replaced it, settled in a deluxe room, which had already been renovated. Everything was great with the room. The hotel staff is polite. I liked the food, varied, there were even seafood several times during our vacation. There was also a Ukrainian night, borscht, a lot of meat. I went with my husband, father, son, I had three men : ) I was worried that they would be hungry, but everyone was absolutely happy with everything. The territory of the hotel is quite large, green, many swimming pools, the main one is heated, it was warmer there than in the sea, warmer than on the street. We have no comments, only positive feedback. We were in Soho Square where everyone was close by. The hotel is not on the first line, you had to walk to it, or literally 1 minute to drive on the shuttle bus. As for the beach, there were a lot of sunbeds, but since the water was cool, there were not very many people. There was a pontoon, it was possible to go into the sea from the shore, but not far, the hotel security was not allowed there, as a living coral reef began, in general there is a very beautiful underwater world, corals, fish, beautiful. True, we only swam in the sea once, but we appreciated it, we liked it. We do not really like to swim in the sea, we spent more time near the pool. We liked the guide, she talked about the hotel for 1.5 hours, spent 30 minutes on excursions, but it was absolutely not intrusive. In my opinion, the guide's name is Galina, a young woman, she is in her place, I can say so. I liked everything in the hotel, I will rate it 10 out of 10.
