Rested in March 2019 in Sierra. I liked the rest.
Settlement. For gratitude, they offered to upgrade the room category from a double standard with a view of the garden to a triple with a view of the pool. With early check-in. The room was given on the second floor, the location is not the coolest, but definitely better than a double room. The room had a small balcony. Such a balcony in a triple room is just a misunderstanding. It can hardly fit 2 people. But in general, the room is good, renovated. Such a settlement cost 50 ye, which is not a lot of money for three. They settled us at 9.30. And the bracelets were put on at 11.00. But from the very morning, even without bracelets, you can drink tea and coffee with buns in the hotel lobby. Very good.
The warm pools in March were a pleasant surprise. 10 minutes walk to the beach via Savoy. It was nice to walk, but you can also take an open bus that runs every 30 minutes. There was always enough space.

Nutrition. Seen better for the same money. Everything is delicious and seems to be a lot. But there was some disappointment. Dining room. It’s good to sit on the terrace, it’s completely uncomfortable inside, the stupid location of the Swedish table. Tables are not sparkling clean. This is my 6th visit to Egypt and nowhere have I seen absolutely clean tables. These are their napkins under the cutlery and the way the waiters with sprinklers wipe the tables just infuriates. There are no tablecloths even for dinner, which also creates an unpleasant atmosphere.
Huge plus delicious cocktails and juices. Mojito with live mint and brown sugar, not syrup, was a hit to the heart.
Didn't like the meal plan. Snacks are not between breakfast, lunch and dinner, but during lunch. So you want after the pool, at 17.00 to drink tea with cookies or a sandwich, but it's not there. It seems to be a trifle, but unpleasant.
Another disadvantage was the evening animation. There are almost no evening shows. The music on the Soho stage doesn't count.
There is no point in repeating the proximity of Soho, those who travel to Sierra, I think they know about it. Nice bonus bar Sierra on Soho.
There is also a transfer to Naama, but as I understand it, no one really uses it. In any case, on the day when we decided to go, we got a personal transfer. The three of us went, there were no more people who wanted to.
At 12.00 the bracelets are cut off. But in principle, you can try to take drinks at the bar. Although the guides are afraid that they will make you pay. They didn't force us, but we didn't get impudent either.
I also want to mention the guides from Joyne ap Julia and Galina. Very nice girls. And at the meeting they say that time flies unnoticed, you just listen. Tours are not forced. We didn’t have any problems, so I can’t tell you how the staff and guides work in this regard.
