The hotel was chosen for a very long time, trying to find not heavily populated and with the least number of compatriots. Sierra was recommended to us by an agent and we were basically satisfied. At the airport, we were met by a rude representative who did not let us buy a SIM card right there, threatening that we ourselves would get to the hotel. The tour guide on the bus was adequate and unobtrusive, no silly jokes. The check-in went quickly and without any extra charges. We arrived in the evening and there was no one to check in except for us. At the reception, attentive and responsive people work. The porter helped carry the things and showed us to the room. We got a very spacious room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the playground. The building was located in a quiet impassable place, which was a nice bonus for us. Everything in the room was always clean and tidy, all appliances worked, water, tea, coffee, sugar were always replenished on time. Plus, you could always call reception and ask for restocking. The mattress was very comfortable. As for me, the bedding and towels were even changed too often. Mahmud always performed his duties very diligently, was very polite and attentive, despite not knowing English.
The next morning we were amazed at how well-groomed the territory of the entire hotel is, it is large enough and there is always where to find a quiet corner. Gardeners worked all day, watering, pruning, shaping trees, bushes, planting flowers. Walking through the area was a pure aesthetic pleasure. At night, including, because everything is highlighted.
The beach is not far, we always walked on our own, although empty buses ran very often. The beach is clean, several times a day the workers carefully arranged and washed the sun loungers and collected garbage. The toilet was always clean. There is a fenced volleyball court. The reef is beautiful, there are enough fish species, we swam a lot with masks and without despite the refreshing temperature of the water, especially in the morning there are no people. For by the end of the holiday, there were specimens that they considered a good idea to sunbathe in the pose of a seal in half-length bathing suits right on the pontoon. There was always a lifeguard present. The bar had a pleasant staff, who discreetly followed the queue despite some particularly ill-mannered gentlemen. Snack on the beach is quite varied and edible, as well as the menu in the hotel, there was always plenty to choose from. There was meat, and chicken, and fish, and seafood, a bunch of vegetables and a myriad of dressings, several types of fruit and a variety of desserts. The only thing is that sometimes you had to wait for cutlery and tea at breakfast, because not very quick guys worked there.

Didn't like the animators. I do not perceive animation, especially when it is intrusive, annoying and screaming. For some reason, 2 Russian girls and their partner decided that Russian-language music with indecent lyrics or heartbreaking pop music of very poor quality in Egypt is a good solution, although Moldovans, Chinese, Germans, Arabs, French, Italians rested in the hotel (Europeans choose this hotel for tennis courts). The loudness didn't work out either, I had to endure it all day on the beach, instead of relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves, the surf. Even the nearby construction site was nicer and quieter to listen to than their choice of music, the same goes for the hotel pool. At the same time, some companies that were young, that seemed to be adults, also with children, managed to turn on speakers with their own music, which played over the animation! Fortunately, most of the breakfasts played Italian music. From the animation, we only went to a warm-up on the beach and yoga, which was conducted by a wonderful and tactful Latin American instructor. We used Wi-Fi both in the room and on the beach, we had a signal everywhere.
In general, the hotel, service and maintenance are excellent. The contingent of vacationers is mostly adequate, well-mannered and cultured. The impression of the efforts of the staff in a wonderful place on Earth is spoiled only by ill-mannered people who want to hustle their ram on the beach, fill up with free alcohol day and night, so that it is easier to yell around the lobby and at the polite staff who plow there from morning to night, so that we can rest our souls and body
