This is my first good hotel review! We arrived at 14.30, immediately put on the bracelets (settlement from 14.00) and sent for lunch (lunch until 15.00), as we were from the road, hungry, tired, and then to the settlement. With this, the hotel administrator deserved the first huge plus))) They settled in a family room - large, CLEAN, a lot of furniture, plasma (catch all channels - Ukrainian, Russian, their local), hair dryer, refrigerator, electric kettle, safe... everything you need. Housekeeping is top notch! Cleaned every day (QUALITY!!! ), changed towels every day, put disposable shower gel, soap, body lotion, 4 bottles of 0.5 water, coffee sticks, tea bags and sugar. Money and passports were kept in a safe just in case, but a couple of times I left money in my purse in my chair, no one stole it.
I really liked the fact that the staff smiles at you all the time, asks how you are doing, the waiters offer tea and coffee, etc. We did not tip the cleaner a dollar or a chocolate bar every day, but he still cleaned and changed towels every day!! ! Beach towels are issued on cards at the pool and on the beach (that is, you don’t have to rush with them - you handed over a towel on the beach, then took a clean and dry one near the pool). And there and there were ALWAYS free sunbeds. The beach is also clean, entering the sea from the pontoon. There is something to see at the sea - fish, sea urchins, stars, corals. . . At the beach bar you can have all sorts of burgers and french fries if you are too lazy to go to the hotel for lunch.
On the territory of one large heated pool and a bunch of smaller pools. A bus takes you to the beach (it takes 2 minutes 40 seconds, I noticed), but you can walk through the neighboring Savoy hotel (7 minutes), there is a very beautiful area, there is where to take pictures. The food is all very tasty and varied, a lot of meat, fish, squid, sweets, fruits, different types of bread and buns, cereals, yogurts, grilled vegetables, herbs, salads... you can list for a long time, there is sooo much food, each for himself what - will find it. Even if you are a vegetarian or a diabetic or have some kind of illness, then there is a special diet food. And their soups are a gastronomic miracle)))

Alcoholic cocktails are really alcoholic (! ), beer, wine, strong alcohol, tea / coffee / cappuccino, various juices, cola / fanta / sprite - the choice is huge. Near each bar in the hotel and in the restaurant there are water coolers, you can get drinking water at any time. Near the hotel is Soho Square, a lot of shops (prices are certainly not a fountain, they take money from tourists as they can, but you can bargain), all sorts of restaurants, discos, there is where to take a walk in the evening. We had an early flight home, we didn’t get breakfast, but they gave us a dry breakfast with us - 0.5 of water, a banana, a small juice and a bunch of buns. A trifle, but nice))) But this should be warned at the reception a day before. Internet throughout the hotel and on the beach is free and excellent catches. In Sierra, they monitor cleanliness so that guests feel comfortable and cozy, they do everything for their guests.
In general, I'm just delighted with this hotel, I will come back here many, many times and I will advise everyone!! ! Service at the highest level.
