I'll start in order:
- Arrival and check-in:
We arrived at the hotel at 5 o'clock in the morning, check-in at this hotel takes place at 14 o'clock in the afternoon. At the reception we were told that we could go to them at 12 and they would check us in and put on bracelets, we warned them in advance to give us rooms nearby, since 3 families were resting together, they agreed. After that, we immediately went to the beach, the beach was clean and beautiful, the sea is cool. Since we arrived early, we waited for the bars to open to at least take some water, and what was our surprise when at the Sierra hotel bar they refused to give us water and wanted money for it, since there were no bracelets on my arm at that time like at the Savoi hotel bar the bartender gave us 2 bottles of water for free. Here is the first minus of the reception, that they did not warn us, as tourists, that water could only be taken for free at the bar near the reception, as it turned out later, and this is a big minus, since the heat is 40 degrees and people can just get sick! At 12 o'clock at the reception, we were extremely surprised that all the other "new arrivals" had already been settled in the rooms and we were the last. It didn’t end there, because they wanted to give us rooms far from each other and we had to wait all together in 1 room for others to prepare for check-in, so we waited until 14. Everyone was already tired and just wanted to relax. We had to run to the reception 4 times to get normal rooms and finally check in.

- Rooms:
The rooms inside are almost all the same. The only thing is that if you want to sleep at night, and not listen to the bass from the Soho stage in your head, like we do, then take the rooms away from the main pool. The best option would be building 5 and further, closer to the Spa area, it's quiet there. In our case, we were given a room whose balcony overlooked the Soho stage and everything was heard, and the music plays there until 1 am and you won’t be able to sleep. So we had to change our room at night and move again.
- Sea:
There is a coral reef, yes, those who have a rest not for the first time in Egypt understand that it is not quite alive. It is mostly gray, but colored corals also slip through, but there are a lot of fish there. A lot of different types of fish, we even managed to see stingrays and igloo fish and many others, it was very cool. You can use 2 pantones, which is very pleasing. The pantones were plastic and upholstered with wood, very cool. For those who are not good swimmers or can't eat circles tied to a pantone on a rope, this is very cool, since we had such a situation. It is also very good to go there with children, as there is a small area where you can "wet" your feet on the shore.
- Beach:
The beach is clean and well maintained, there are toilets and showers, they are very carefully looked after and cleaned. There is a bar on the beach, it opens from 9 am, you can also have a bite of a burger, hot dog and french fries during the day, there is water and drinks of your choice and packaged ice cream, it is taken apart.
- Knock Knock:
The tuk-tuk from the hotel traveled often, it has a schedule that hangs at the bus stop, but it often violated the time. It was very disappointing that sometimes I adjusted exactly to a given time, and the car left earlier or vice versa, later.
- Territory:

The territory is quite green and clean, the hotel staff are great and try to maintain it. There are a lot of locations for gorgeous photos, for girls it's just a paradise! The pools are all clean and well looked after. At the bars in the pools you can take drinks and ice cream from 15 to 17.
- Nutrition:
For us, the food was amazing. For breakfast, you could take scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, sausages, mashed potatoes, buns, cakes, delicious yogurt, fruits, cereals with milk, vegetables, boiled eggs, rice, coffee and tea, juices and much more. There were always 3 types of meat for lunch: beef, chicken or veal and fish. The dishes varied, there were turkey and stew and goulash and various other things, salads, 2 types of soup, cheeses, sausages, delicious feta, apples, watermelon and melon, grapes, there were bananas, assorted, delicious buns and cakes, mashed potatoes or pasta or pasta, bistrogans, meatballs, fingers, barbecue and more. Dinner was also varied. In general, everyone could find what he likes. It was possible to find food for children and dieters and adults. Near the long pool with 13 they prepare pizza and burgers with potatoes. The potatoes are very tasty and the pizza too, the burgers are not very good.
- Environment:
We encountered this for the first time, but there were a lot of Arabs in the hotel. Everything would be fine, but they are noisy and sloppy. The biggest downside was discrimination. Because when standing in line for food, not all, but most, of the chefs let the Arabs through and served them, and they simply came and stood in front of us and were served. It was not very pleasant, as there was a different attitude.
- Animation and staff:
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Of course, we did not like the reception very much. But there was no animation. In the evening there was a show, but rather boring. But, to be honest, we didn’t have time to go there, as there was our own rich program in the form of swimming in the sea and relaxing in the pool, and of course - a photo session)
Overall impression of the hotel is good! Yes, there are nuances, but they are everywhere. Of the main disadvantages are the Arabs and the settlement, and so, everything was gorgeous and we really liked it!
