From 28.08. 2022 to 06.08. 2022 visited the Sierra Sharm El Sheikh Hotel 5 * by two married couples. I want to note right away that this is not the first trip to Egypt and we have something to compare with.
I would like to note the efficiency of the airport, everything goes very quickly both in the arrivals and departures areas, despite the very large tourist flow from different countries, all services work very quickly.
We arrived at the hotel at 16.00, check-in was done quickly. But upon check-in, there was a slight misunderstanding, we were given a Standard Room (without a balcony), although the Standard Pool View Room (with a balcony or terrace) was paid for and the guy at the reception, unfortunately, did not remember his name, tried to convince us that they had everything the rooms are the same and they are the best rooms in the hotel. After we realized that we couldn’t prove anything to him, we had to turn to the senior manager of the hotel, Mohamed Sobhy.

Here I would like to note his quick response to the problem, and we were settled in rooms with a balcony overlooking the garden, for which special thanks to him. It should be noted that the senior manager of the hotel Mohamed Sobhy is busy, but every time at a chance meeting he was interested: “are we all right”, “are there any problems”.
The rooms are spacious with normal furniture, hygiene products are replenished daily, cleaning is daily. We were cleaned by the guy Said, each time he twisted different figures from a towel, which each raised our spirits and made us smile. Our vacation coincided with our birthday, having come to the room, we also saw decorations, which also made us very happy!
I would like to note the work of Guest Relations - a corner for working with guests, at any time you can get advice in Russian, how to find something on the territory of the hotel, how to get to one or another area of ​ ​ Sharm el-Sheikh, how much a taxi will cost, t . to.
at the time of your stay in the city, there is a grandiose repair of roads and everything else.
A shuttle is organized to the beach every 20 minutes, which also adds certain amenities to staying at this hotel. On the beach there is a bar with drinks, and a point for issuing towels.
The territory of the hotel is very green, everything is very clean, despite the people who throw glasses, litter, throw bulls, put bulls in wicker tables, take care of the territory all the time, wash the paths daily, mow the grass, water, which also pleased the eye every day.
The food at the hotel is good, there is a lot of food and a variety of food - beef, chicken, fish, potatoes, rice, fresh vegetables, pickled vegetables, all kinds of desserts, fruits - this is what was always in large quantities. We mostly ate at the main restaurant, also on the Premium system, you could go to a la carte in Hakuna Matata, we went twice, everything was also very tasty there.
Thanks to the chef, he will always tell you what to take delicious.
In general, the rest was pleasant, everyone was satisfied! We will recommend this hotel to our friends! And we definitely want to come back!
