We spent 7 wonderful days at Sierra Hotel. Everything was perfect. All the staff was nice and friendly but our thanks goes to Mr. Mohamed Sobhy (Duty Manager) a dear friend of ours, for his dedicated work and high service. He was very attentive at all times while we were there and made sure our stay is exceptional. The room was spacious and clean with an comfortable bed and a lovely terrace. Hotel has seven outdoor pools, and a nice Spa centre with a indoor pool. The choice of food was wide and varied and the sweets are amazing. Chefs and waiters provide good service. There is a famous? la carte restaurant named “Akuna Matata “. They have a great animation team with spectacular programs during the day and of course evening shows. A shuttle bus is driving to the private beach every 20 minutes during the day. You can spent a lot of time snorkelling here. The hotel has a great location, right on Soho Square. The entire property and all the facilities are extremely well maintained. I would also like to send our appreciation to Ahmed (housekeeping), Gerges how took care of our needs at the restaurant during our stay, Manas, Omar and Ali from the animation team thank you for everything. We had a great holiday at Sierra Hotel and will definitely recommend them to our friends. We hope to come back soon.
