The second worker - Mohamed Sobhy, was sitting near the reception, it seems to me that the hotel manager, a very attentive and helpful employee, did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible and kept in touch throughout the rest, always checked whether everything was fine with us and on requests were answered immediately. He speaks different languages without an accent, a very well-mannered and very pleasant person. Thank him very much!

Convenient location and number of pools, there are pools on all sides of the houses and bars in each of them. towel distribution points are also very conveniently located.
Soho is also nearby, it turns out it's all one complex, a very beautiful place.
The hotel is on the second coastline, so the buses run on schedule every 20 minutes. But walking is not particularly far away, you can walk around the Savoy hotel and get to the beach.

Clean and tidy, it is the same for both the Sierra hotel and the Savoy hotel, the bar for the two hotels is separate, but they do not differ in the quality of the products served, in my opinion.
