This is my first review on Turpravda. I want to note in advance that we went to the Sierra Hotel more than 40 times, since we chose this hotel among many others back in 2009 and did not regret our choice at all. It was the right decision - we were convinced of this once again! I will not write information about the location of the hotel, etc. , since such information can be found on the site and in other reviews. In my review, I just want to once again thank the staff for a fantastic vacation! As always, we were satisfied with the service, the food, the attitude of the staff towards us as regular guests. We were upgraded to a lovely room, many thanks to Mina and the other receptionists for that. The food at the hotel is good, there is a lot of food and a variety of food - beef, chicken, fish, potatoes, rice, fresh and pickled vegetables, various desserts, fruits - everything has always been in large quantities (thanks to chefs Sherif, Emad, Gaber and Mahmoud ).
We had breakfast and dinner mainly in the main restaurant, and dined in Hakuna Matata. Thanks to all the staff of the restaurant, especially Mr. Mohamed and Mr. John - the managers of the restaurant. Also I would like to thank Syed, Zaki, Gerges, Islam, Kirolos, Mustafa, Asher and Aya who served us very well.
The bus to the beach was every 20 minutes (it used to be every 30 minutes), which was very convenient - special thanks to the bus driver Munir for his attentive attitude and punctuality. Special thanks to the manager of the lobby bar - Mina Kanz and the bartenders - Ayman, Magdy, Peter - for the excellent service! I also want to say thank you to all the lifeguards on the beach, especially Ahmet Osama, Ahmet Mohammed, Behet, Adele. Many thanks to El-Sayed Faouzi and their senior leader Amr.
Hotel Sierra pleased us this year with a new duty manager - Mr. Mohamed Sobhi, who was very polite and attentive to all hotel guests. By the way, Mr. Mohamed Sobhi is attentive not only during his stay at the hotel, but also does not forget to congratulate us on significant events and throughout the year. Almost all the hotel staff were as always very helpful and this is a good reason to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great vacation!
