We rested for 10 days in hotels, Sierra''. It was the best holiday ever!! ! We traveled as a family, two adults and a child. In Egypt, we are not the first time, but this time was special ...I'll start in order. Arrived early in the morning at 7:30 were at the hotel. Everyone at the reception was very friendly, especially Mohamed, who checked us in. We were invited for coffee, the child was given croissants (considering that we had lunch and dinner included that day). The expectation was near the pool, where there were comfortable sun loungers (since we hardly slept at night, this was especially relevant) and the child swam in the pool. We didn’t wait long at 9:00, they already prepared a room for us (although by all standards, check-in at 14:00) and at 11:00 we put on bracelets. Excellent service, thanks for the speed! There is wi-fi on the territory of the hotel and on the beach. The hotel is very compact, a lot of greenery, flowers, and the fact that the hotel on the 2nd coastline only adds color to the hotel, because an open small bus takes people from the hotel to the beach every 20 minutes.
The hotel has its own beach with an excellent reef, lionfish were often seen under the pontoon, parrot fish, Picasso triggerfish, Napoleon fish, butterfly fish and other inhabitants of the Red Sea were often seen. There is a team of animators on the beach, by the way, regarding the animators, the guys work out 100% on the beach and the pool and yoga and darts and in the evening at the disco or some kind of competitions. What else I liked is that the guys speak excellent Russian and English and Italian and this is a real level !! ! I want to note the work of the bartender Ahmeda, the most delicious cocktails and drinks, and also a very attentive, person with a big heart!! ! I want to emphasize with my attention the chef-hostess Rasha, a very responsive, attentive, smiling girl. When communicating, you are directly charged with positive emotions!! ! In general, the work of all the staff is impressive, everything is on top.
To be honest, this is my best vacation, because you feel not like a guest, but like a family, and the staff are like family members. Lifeguards at the pool are very responsible, my child can swim but the guys still did not take their eyes off. And of course, special thanks to Senior Manager Mohamed Sobhy for your advice, support, help, care and attention. You are a very wonderful person, a worthy leader under which the hotel, Sierra'' flourishes even more!! ! I remember years 3-4 the hotel had a solid??????? ? now this????????? ? + The next trip is only, Sierra’’!!! ! Until we meet again!! !
