*The location of the Hotel is wonderful, very close to the airport! The staff was very hospitable, they settled into the room as quickly as possible : ) The sea is close, on foot for 5-7 minutes, there is also a bus that will take you to the beach without any problems!
*The territory of the Hotel is delightful, flowers and landscaping are everywhere, everything is very well taken care of! Everything is very clean, very happy!
* As for the room, we were settled in a good room, we gave a tip (which I consider necessary! ), We were very pleased with the settlement! The cleaning staff are great! The boys are trying hard! Big fellows!
*Food is great! We were in the hotel for 10 days, during this time I was not tired of food : ) thanks a lot to the wonderful Chefs, everything is very tasty! Cleaning staff is great, tables are cleared quickly and everything is clean!
*Well, finally I came to the main review! Thanks a lot to the wonderful Sierra staff for their help and responsiveness!

* The main person and the main assistant in everything remained for me Mohamed Sobhy! I faced health problems, Mohamed is a wonderful person who helped me calm down and solve everything! Responsive, enduring, simply the best!! ! My husband and I still remember the kindest word! Mohamed, thank you very much for everything! You made our holiday!????
