We chose the hotel based on the reviews, and that there was little wind in the winter, as we had an unpleasant experience last year due to the weather.
So, we checked in after 22.00 Check-in was quick, they gave a room without a balcony, the windows overlooked the terrace of the neighboring room, the beds were separate. They asked to change, they offered a room in another building with a patio. There were no questions about the number, everything was arranged here. The housekeeping is the best ever. The boy is very friendly, made swans, strewed the bed with rose petals and completely free of charge. My husband and I then became uncomfortable, went to exchange dollars and began to leave tips. The room had everything you need: tea, coffee, kettle, hair dryer, shampoos, gels, body lotions, hats, etc. Everything was replenished in a timely manner. I know that bathrobes and slippers were provided upon request. We didn't ask.
The receptionist explained to us where everything is, where the Hakuna Matata restaurant is, how to get to Soho.

Since the arrival was late, dinner was offered at the Hakuna Matata restaurant. In principle, we had dinner there and did not go again. I liked the main restaurant, and there was no desire to go to Hakuna Matata again, although we liked what we ate there.
They offer vouchers upon arrival, but we only went bowling. We played together with my husband, the game took us 20 minutes. It was interesting. We didn’t go to the sauna and jacuzzi, the shopping mall was from 9 to 12. It’s not very convenient, and I can go to the sauna at home.
This hotel has a very compact but wonderful area. Everything is green, and you can see that everything is well-groomed. We paid attention that the pools are regularly cleaned, in the evenings we took water measurements. Food in the dining room was also checked by a special Hygiene team. We didn't have any eating disorders. The food may seem monotonous to some, but we have never been bored in a week: quail, duck, beef, chicken, turkey, fish, seafood.
And delicious cocktails at the bar!
I really liked the service. Very kind and helpful staff, working for the comfort of tourists. Everything is very unobtrusive, with a smile, friendly. There is something to compare, the staff is just great.
The only remark is to the animation. In this case, not even a remark, but a wish. The guys are very cheerful and positive, they entertained the guests from morning to evening. But the evening program is something ...We are used to having some numbers, performances, shows. There is also a house party, which was always attended by the same people. No, it was a lot of fun, because a good company gathered. But it was the evening show that did not reach the bar of the hotel. During the day everything was great. And I would like a disco, at least for one hour for adults.
We traveled in January with apprehension, we took warm clothes. But we were lucky with the weather. It was not hot, but comfortable. Swimming pools with such a good heating, bought from the heart. They even went to the sea.
And I, the bastard, also climbed into it. The wind was sometimes, but not strong and it was possible to hide from it

In general, the rest and the hotel left only positive impressions, I boldly put 10 out of 10. I will recommend the hotel!
