Hello. Initially, they were looking for the hotel themselves, it was in Sharm (due to low windiness) and after reviewing many video reviews, the choice fell on Sierra! Immediately, I note that I am not a fan of diving, fish and so on. and the landmark was on: general design/location.

Check-in was in the morning, at the reception we were greeted very politely and despite the early check-in, we were immediately settled in building 6, Garden View room with a balcony. The room has everything you need, everything works, and most importantly - the view of the garden is just a fairy tale!
Room cleaning top notch!


I’ll make a separate paragraph about the design of everything - everything is so chic and beautifully done that we turned several circles every day to take photos / videos, every corner of the hotel, every palm tree, every plant - everything is just so harmonious against the background of multi-colored buildings that I just want to just walk and walk there! Like a fairy tale! The territory is quite large, I wanted to be everywhere at the same time! ! (((((((

Nutrition.
In the main restaurant - a decent variety of dishes, we each found something to our liking and it was very tasty! I managed to go to Hakuna Matata only once, because I didn’t have time anymore and I can’t objectively evaluate it. Bars - local alcohol, bartenders make cocktails both from the menu and according to your personal order! Also - the main one and on Soho work until one in the morning, so you can take a longer walk)

Staff. All are very cool (and there really is something to compare with) !! ! Everyone knows everything, everyone tells and tells everything, and I’m not only about guest relations, but about every employee who I might have to contact. The animators are very cool guys, it was nice to communicate and have fun with everyone))

The sea - for lovers of fish and corals, I believe it is very suitable, as there were enough people with masks / scuba gear)

The pools were heated! We were really surprised! Wi-fi covers the entire territory of the hotel + the beach, so a sim card is not required.
By the way, despite the fact that the hotel is a family one - every evening the animators gather parties in clubs, not only in Soho but also in other parts of the city.

On the day of departure, they asked for a late check-out and we were given another room in building 7 on the ground floor overlooking the pool, everything was also well-groomed, everything was as it should, and the view was all especially different and chic!
