Check-in - when approaching the counter, they immediately brought 2 glasses of cherry juice, put on bracelets and sent them to a restaurant (in 2 minutes), gave 10 dollars at the reception, put them in their passports, the guy at the reception gave it back, said all the rooms are good. The porter took the suitcase to the room. The room was given in building 6 (with a view of the wall, as some write in horror) for us the view from the room was excellent.

The room is a standard, everything worked perfectly, the plumbing was perfect, slippers and bathrobes (we had not seen them anywhere before). Immediately the air conditioner did not work for heat, we went and informed the reception, by the time we got back it was already blowing warm. Cleaning - 5+ (cleaned every day, we never saw him, we didn't leave any money). 4+


Pools - January, cold. The main pool and the children's pool are -26-29 degrees, in the spa center it is even warmer and with different burlils (very interesting) - you also need to look for such pools for this money in Sharm.
And then they say there is a heated one, but it is either small or deceived. Everything is honest here - really heated and clean, chlorine-free pools. 5+

Territory - maybe somewhere there is more beautiful, but there is SOHO - for SOHO and premium services there I put 5+

Restaurants - the main - everything is clean, fast, reserved, and beautiful - the food is ordinary for Egyptian fives. But everything is fresh, no one was poisoned. - in general 5 points.

Hakuna matata and cafechino - went for dinner every day (free of charge), shrimp, crabs, fish, large pizzas, grilled chicken, sweets. Adds variety to the main restaurant awesome- 5+

Bars are also good, I would like to separately mention the free bars on Soho for the Sierra and the English pub (it has free Heineken beer, chips, nuts. Sakara beer is everywhere). On the beach and near the pool - fries and all sorts of burgers (very tasty), Nestle ice cream from 15 to 17.

Disco Panjeya - free entry and 2 drinks, very nice, but there were no people, let's go to sleep. Another free Caligula disco in Savoy once a week is beautiful, but a lot of people also looked and went to bed. + animators every day carry on different disco for 5 dollars. per person

Skating rink, bowling, culture - additional free fun will not hurt you.

Service-staff, works at the level, the attitude to the Europeans, which is the same for us. They don’t like bulls, but we don’t like them either - and you can see them right away, there were 4-5 dissatisfied people in the whole hotel, like Russians, they think that the whole world owes them. for service-5+

The beach is good if you go with small children, clean sand, the pontoon is short, the reef saw better, but it's also good here. The bus to the beach is not annoying at all.

Sierra is definitely worth the money - you won't regret it. Would I go there again? - Yes with pleasure.

This is our 5th trip - were Savita 5, Continental Garden Reef 5(ual) - in Sharm, Club Marco polo Hv1(ual) in Kemer and Turtess club Belek hv1(ual).

We really liked the Sierra.
