Rested with his wife from 15 to 26 January. I will say right away - the rest was a success. The hotel was chosen for a long time based on reviews. Were not mistaken. We immediately decided in advance that we would not bathe in trifles and we succeeded. We drove purely in the sun and the sea. And they were satisfied.
Accommodation: arrived at the hotel at approximately 9.30 am. While we talked with a representative of Pegasus, while back and forth and we were already settled in a room at 11.00. I immediately asked for a second floor with a balcony, they gave it without any problems in the sixth building overlooking the courtyard (very beautiful). Only after that gave twenty. The room is standard. Everything is pretty decent. I read some reviews that the type of furniture is old and old repair. The furniture is really not new, but it cannot be called dead and old either. No one and nowhere after each tourist will make repairs in the room and change the furniture. Channels: ORT, RTR-planet, some kind of musical and Ukrainian Fifth. Cleaning and linen change every day. Towels are changed if they are thrown on the floor or in the sink (this is written in the memo in the bathroom), it is. When it was necessary to change bathrobes, they changed immediately at the first request without any problems. I left two dollars for cleaning, they cleaned normally. Completed a tea set even in excess of the norm (if any). So I don't have any questions.
Food: good. The kitchen, of course, is different from ours, but that's okay. There was always a choice of six or seven dishes. It may seem a little monotonous, but this is subjective. That's how they eat. Very tasty pastries in the morning, very tasty sweets. There are always local fruits (tangerines, oranges, dates, melons, mangoes, persimmons). You can always have a bite to eat in the bars on the beach and on site. You can have dinner on Soho in Hakuna-Matata (three dishes for tokens, tokens are given right there) and in Chino every day. We did not get to Chino, we went to Hakuna Matata three times, normally. Satisfied with drinks too. I don't drink beer at all, so I won't say anything about it. I drank local white and red wine, not France, of course, but quite decent. From strong drank rum, normally, went to the topic.

Staff: polite, friendly. I noticed a difference in attitude towards us and towards the Europeans, not strong, but present. But on the other hand: how would you react to people who, during lunch, are already in a very drunk state, talking very, very loudly (soften) in a restaurant. Or I watched the following picture: our people, about five people, drink beer with roach on the beach, they don’t clean up after themselves (although there are urns every five steps), they either go for a swim, or catch up with a bar, and at this time the wind blows plastic cups and fish scales all over the beach. How will you react to this? These are the people who judge us. I did not notice that the Germans or the Arabs behaved this way. And they also drink, but they don’t yell. Personally, I don't complain about the attitude of the staff. Say hello to them, smile back, return greetings, talk to them, sometimes give them a dollar tip, and you'll be fine.
Premium All Inclusive: Kulturama sucks. Visited the skating rink and bowling - satisfied, good. Sauna twice - good (do not forget to go down to the hot tub during the sauna - this is a song !!!! ). I didn’t go for a massage, my wife went, she says that 15 minutes is very little, garbage. Gym - FREE, you can walk every day. Sign up for a sauna and massage immediately on the first day to choose a time convenient for you, because. they have it all laid out in advance.
Territory: very well maintained. Savoy, of course, wins in this regard, but there the price category is completely different. Pools are clean and heated. He himself stood on these holes, from where it enters the pool - really warm water enters. Of course, you should not expect from the pool that there will be water, like in a bath, but the temperature is quite comfortable. Although I personally prefer the sea and the beach, not this fur seal rookery. We were mostly lucky with the weather, so we spent all days, except for excursions, on the beach. I played volleyball, darts, various cocktail games (animators work well), my wife went to warm-up, water aerobics, which was held in the Savoy pool (by the way, she went there to swim, no one said a word to her). There is a breeze on the beach (after all, January), a couple of times it was even not at all comfortable. But from the wind we put sunbeds, the benefit of their free bulk, and calmly sunbathed behind their protection. By the way, be sure to take sunscreen. The sun is very evil, you can burn out at once. In my first two days, even with
not the highest temperature of the air, the nose and forehead were peeled off. The sea is gorgeous and clean. Be sure to bring your mask and fins. Beautiful corals, a huge number of beautiful fish. It’s not even worth going on an excursion like a submarine, all this is present on our beach.

In general: we rested well, satisfied. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing family holiday. And for families with children - for children the conditions are generally excellent.
One more thing: for those who need to celebrate this hotel, it’s better not to take it, then you’d better go to Rojana, there are 24 hours all-inclusive, leisya-song. If you need show-offs and a golden toilet - then you are in Savoy, there are even slippers, taking into account spread toes))))
